Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house, parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 9 km, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Tortona" 11 km, pebble beach 70 km. Golf course (36 hole) 19 km. Nearby attractions: Castello di Leonardo da Vinci 25 km.

Schönes grosse Ferienhaus
Casa Marina bietet eine grossen Aussenbereich mit Pool und viel Platz. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehen besser aus als auf den Fotos. Übergabe und Abgabe lief auch problemlos. Einziges Problem war das am letzten Abend die Leitungen verstopften.
