Bright, cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Top floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and 1 pull-out bed. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony, 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, box-room. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Parking (1 car) at 30 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir waren das erste, aber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Ferienhaus, es hat uns rundum gefallen. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Umgebung alles perfekt. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist das fehlende WLAN, was man aber über einen mobilen Hotspot beheben kann.

Zustand garten Möbel

Gartenliege war defekt. Übrige Garten Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen. Vorbestellte Bettwäsche war ungebügelt und fleckig. Es fehlte Mappe mit Unterkunftshinweise z. B Müllabgabe.

Grobe Sauberkeit

Beide Bäder mussten von mir geputzt werden. Einzelne Teller waren schmutzig. Eindruck nur grob durchgewischt. Unter der Couch lagen Staub und Pistazien.

Sehr schönes ferienhaus

Ein Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht. Sauber, gepflegt und vollständig. WLAN ist leider nicht vorhanden, dass würde das Haus perfekt machen.

Ruhe und Entspannung

Liegt äußerst ruhig (zumindest außerhalb der Hauptsaison) - nachts keinerlei Lärm oder sonstig Störendes! Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Geeignet wohl am Besten für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ... Direkter Start für 2 schöne Wanderungen: Karspitze mit Wildbichlalm (Essen recht gut) und Spitzstein mit Spitzsteinhaus. Betreuung vor Ort sehr gut und entspannt! Absolut empfehlenswert!
