4-room semi-detached house 72 m2 on 2 levels, south-west facing position. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (70 cm, length 160 cm). Sep. WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. There is a beer tap in the house. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 2 children. The owner does not accept occupancy of more than 4 adults.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Preis/Leistung okay. Möbel und Bad in die Jahre gekommen. Dringend notwendige Erneuerung der Gartenmöbel erfolgte in der 2. Woche. Schwalbennester über der Terrasse, deshalb voller Kot bei Ankunft. Wir haben die Terrasse sauber gemacht und in den ganzen 3 Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes war die Terrasse nicht so schmutzig wie bei Ankunft. Reinigungsutensilien, wie Klobürste,Spülbürste, Staubsauger, Bodenwischer schmutzig und teilweise unbrauchbar. Defektes Bett bei Ankunft. Schmutzige Tischdecken.

Leuk simpel huisje

Relatief grote vakantie woning. Knus ingericht. Staat van de keuken wat verouderd en heeft wat herstel werkzaamheden nodig. Badkamer simpel, douche zeer matig (douche kop lek) niet heel schoon. Slaapkamers goed verzorgd, helaas geen extra dekens voor een koude periode. In de tuin geen ruimte om een eigen fiets onder te brengen.

Unser Urlaub in Hooksiel

Über den Zustand des Ferienhauses für den Preis, waren wir nicht begeistert. Abgelebte Möbel, Tischplatten die nicht mehr danach aussahen. Ungepflegte Außenanlage, im Schuppen mehr Sperrmüll als Brauchbares, die Gartenmöbel teilweise defekt, Baumaterial und leere Paletten im Garten. Ein Willkommensbuch mit den wichtigen Dingen wäre auch toll, Hinweise Mülltrennung, WLAN Passwort, Heizung und so weiter. Heizung ging nicht bei 15 Grad Außentemperatur, in der Dusche wär toll gewesen.

Schönes Haus mit viel Holz, da knarrt halt mal was. Schöne Wohngegend und alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Mischhebel an der Dusche sollte bei Gelegenheit mal kontrolliert/ausgetauscht werden. Es war nicht immer ganz leicht warm zu duschen, aber machbar.

Ruhigen Wohnlage,mit Fahrrad ca.20 Minuten zum Strand,ca. 5-10 Min.zum Siel,bzw. Fußgängerzone.Haus ist etwas schwer zu finden.Die Ausstattung ist sehr großzügig,es gibt viele Extras, wie Spiele,Infomaterial, ausreichend Geschirr, Erstausstattung mit Spüli,Schwamm, Tüchern, Gewürzen, Filtertüten f.Kaffee,2-3 Rollen Toilettenpapier u.v.m. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Mängel: Warmwassereinstellung wechselt schnell von warm zu kalt,viele Spinnweben,Küche f.6 Pers. zu klein,Radabstellplatz fehlt

Als Vermietobjekt fehlt etwas die ordnende Hand. Der Vorgarten nicht mehr so gepflegt wie auf dem Bild. Die Küche mit zu kleinen Pfannen für 4 Personen - mitbringen ratsam - es fehlt immer irgendetwas - Butterdose, vernünftige Messer - alles doch schon abgenutzt - Kleinigkeiten aber eben nicht perfekt. Ein Fenster in den Schlafzimmern defekt - auf das Ersatzteil wird wohl schon länger gewartet - Preis Leistung iO

sehr enttäuscht

Nachdem wir 2020 auf 2021 umgebucht hatten, und der Preis sich deutlich erhöhte, gingen wir davon aus das wir in ein renoviertes Haus kamen. Aber Nein, es war schmutzig, total verwohnte Möbel ...... Wenn Mikrowelle und Backofen gleichzeitig an waren, flog die Sicherung raus ....

Wir waren mit dem Haus zufrieden es war Sauber ich war sehr überrascht da ich fiel Negatives gelesen habe aber es hat wohl ein Hausmeister Wechsel stattgefunden die sehr freundlich waren
