In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 300 m, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach, rocky beach 300 m. Marina 300 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Airfield 55 km from the property. Video surveillance of the driveway and parking.

Very nice stay

Das Appartment ist sehr neu und geräumig und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist optimal nahe zum Hafen und Ort, es gibt 2 Balkone und es ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet

Große Zimmer, 2 WC, 3 Schlafzimmer, alles sehr sauber, Esszimmer, Küche ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen- funktioniert einwandfrei, sehr großer Balkon. Zentrale Lage!

Zentrale geräumige Unterkunft

Die Wohnung besteht 3 Schlafzimmern, die alle unterschiedlich eingerichtet sind. Die Einrichtung ist okay. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, aber klein für 2, die kochen. Es fehlt eine Abzugshaube. Die Elektroplatten werden nicht richtig heiß. Unten im Haus wohnt die Schwester/Tante der Vermieter. Parken muss außerhalb des Grundstücks.

Ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen.Vermieter wohnt nicht im Haus und war telefonisch sehr schlecht zu erreichen.2. Wohnung im Haus! Die Bewohner haben einen kleinen Hund der sehr lebhaft ist. Reisetipps: Lidl + Kaufland in Umag sowie Rovinj vorhanden.Viele deutsche Produkte für Personen mit Allergien.Der Ort ist sehr gut für ältere Leute, auch mit leichten Gehbehinderungen zu empfehlen.

Sehr zentral, der Stadtstrand,...

Sehr zentral, der Stadtstrand, die Altstadt, der Hafen, auch Geschäfte (Supermarkt, Bäckerei) sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieterin, Deutsch sprechend, für den Fall, dass es notwendig ist immer erreichbar. Großzügige Wohnung für 5 Personen, schon der Eingangsbereich ist sehr einladend, sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Große Terrasse mit großem Tisch, Stühlen, Grill und Sonnenliege. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Gut ist auch, dass die Toilette und das Bad getrennt voneinander sind. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es sind in jedem Raum Jalousinen vorhanden, bei heißen Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Die Bewohner im Untergeschoss sehr nett und hilfsbereit, haben immer einen Stellplatz für das Auto vor dem Grundstück frei gehalten. Die Parksituation in Novigrad ist nämlich eher schwierig. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.
