For shared use: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 50 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Mörbisch am See Hauptstr." 25 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, bathing lake "Neusiedlersee" 2.5 km. "Hofgasse", 3-room terraced house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, stylish and cosy furnishings: large living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and cable TV (flat screen). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.). 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Electric heating. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Ruhige Lage im hinteren Hofbereich mit individueller Parkmöglichkeit und Terrasse zum Sitzen. Wien und Bratislava sind mit dem PKW gut für kulturelleAusflüge zu erreichen.

Wir hatten 4 Tage kein warmes Wasser wegen Rohrbruch in Nebenwohnung. Nach Fehlersuche mussten wir die restlichen Tage den Zufluss zum Warmwasserkessel selbst regulieren. Dafür keine Entschädigung erhalten.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder von 6 bis 13 Jahren) waren Anfang August 2020 in Mörbisch. Der Platz war ausreichend, die Unterkunft war funktional-praktisch und sehr gemütlich. Alle waren zufrieden und nutzten das Ferienhaus ebenso wie den großzügigen und verkehrsfreien Hof vor dem Haus. Die Lage ist zentral in Mörbisch, Lokale und Geschäfte waren gut zu erreichen, Parkplatzsuche war kein Problem. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, stand Familie Z. mit Rat und Tat sehr freundlich zur Verfügung.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus ist mitten im Ort. Aufgrund der Hofgasse jedoch sehr ruhig. Auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus kann man schön frühstücken oder Abendessen bzw. relaxen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten im Ort; die Hofgasse ist dennoch sehr ruhig und mit den Oleanderbüschen sehr schön. Man kann auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus sehr schön essen oder relaxen. Es gibt einige Spiele und Puzzle im Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sauber, zentral und ruhig.

Gute Lage in der Ortsmitte von Mörbisch. In ganz Mörbisch herrscht fast kein Verkehr, daher ist es ruhig, besonders in dieser Hofgasse. Bei schönem Wetter kann man draussen auf der Terrasse essen, was wir gerne genutzt haben. Die 2 großen Kühlschränke sind für Selbstversorger sehr nützlich. Die Betten waren wunderbar. Wir, 3 Generationen, verlebten eine gute Zeit.
