Cosy semi-detached house "Bella". 300 m from the centre of Hohen Wieschendorf, on the outskirts, 15 km from the centre of Wismar, 20 km from the centre of Boltenhagen, 1 km from the sea. Private: property 200 m2, small garden lawn and wildlife garden. Bumpy motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Hohen Wieschendorf" 250 m, sandy beach "Wohlenberger Wiek" 4 km. Marina 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 500 m. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.
2-room semi-detached house 50 m2, on the ground floor. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating, underfloor heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), logs (extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bookings are only permitted for tourist purposes.
