Property composed of main house and outbuilding 8 km from the centre of Ätran, 25 km from the centre of Ullared, 54 km from the centre of Varberg, 150 m from the lake. For shared use: natural state property 7'000 m2 with meadow. Bathing jetty. Available: boat (extra). Rowing boat, parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 25 km, bus stop 8.4 km, railway station "Varberg" 54 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 150 km, sandy beach "Fegen" 10 km. Fishing possibilities 200 m. Please note: fishing [permit required]. 1st floor is closed and not occupied. The owner lives on the same property.
"Mjöhult Utsikten", 3-room house 80 m2. Bright, cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration). 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the veranda. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration), dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. Wooden floors. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). View of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smoking house. No internal connecting door between the separated properties.

Absolut ruhige Lage an einem kleinen See (mit Blick darauf) inmitten der umgebenden Wälder. Perfekt für lange Wanderungen oder ausgiebige Radtouren (rauf und runter) auf meist einsamen Straßen und Wegen. Wer sich zur richtigen Jahreszeit mit Pilzen auskennt ist Selbstversorger. Blaubeeren und Preiselbeeren reichlich zur rechten Zeit. Nächstes städtisches Ziel ist das beschauliche Falkenberg an der Mündung des Ätran oder Göteborg in knapp 2 Stunden mit dem PKW zu erreichen.

Super nette Gastgeber und ein toller See mit guten Angelmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist perfekt für 6 Personen geeignet und beinhaltet alles, was man für einen tollen Schwedenurlaub braucht.

Erholung pur

Wir waren 10 Tage in diesem gemütlichen und sauberen Ferienhaus mit einer schönen Lage am Wald und mit einem tollen Blick von der Terrasse aus auf den See. Die Vermieter wohnen teilweise mit auf dem Grundstück, sind aber sehr nett und man merkt sie kaum. Im Haus hatten wir zu unserer Überraschung auch freies Internet. Zum Haus gehörte auch ein großes Ruderboot, mit dem man viele erholsame Stunden auf dem See verbringen kann. Die Sitzgelegenheit mit Grill direkt am Ufer fanden wir sehr schön. Ausflüge ins 25 km entfernte Ullared mit dem riesigen Warenhaus ist ein Muss und die Fahrt zum Strand nach Falkenberg und Halmstadt können wir auch empfehlen. Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt und fahren gut erholt nach Hause.

Toller abgelegener See, sehr ruhig, Ruderboote und Steg bieten guten Anglerstandpunkt. Familie am WE auf Grundstück, freundlich, Englisch schwierig. Haus schnuckelig eingerichtet, Interieur, Möbiliar, Ausstattung etc. in die Jahre gekommen...könnte besser sein, aber ausreichend gut. Nähe zu Schwedens größtem Supermarkt Gekas in Ullared, ca. 20 km Imbiss und kleiner Laden im Dorf

Idyllisch, mit Charme, Ruhe und netten Vermietern

das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt, mit charmant knatschenden Fussböden, alles sehr sauber, sehr netten, unkomplizierten Vermietern …. einem tollen Bootssteg und dem dazu gehörigen Boot …. Angeln auf Hecht und Barsch … ist kein Problem... mein Sohn (10Jahre alt) konnte angeln, ohne dass dort irgendjemand fragt, wo der Angelschein ist..... das kleine Gästehaus riecht toll nah Holz (innen Kiefern verkleidet) …. und 25km entfernt vom Haus ist der größte Supermarkt der Welt … in Ullared.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl dieser Unterkunft.. Die Kücheneinrichtung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Mehr als nur Standard. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfreich bei der Lösung eines technischen Problems und hat das kurzfristig lösen lassen..Die Räumlichkeiten sind angemessen gross. Das Boot war auch problemlos verfügbar..Alles in Allem sehr zufrieden. Reisetipps: Sehr schöne Wanderwege. Jede Menge Pilze. Wir waren bereits im Jahr 2014 in der gleichen Region..Ullared ist ein Muss, Falkenberg und Varberg ebenso. Und ein kurzer Stopp in den kleinen Orten zeigt wie es schön und getliche sein kann.Ein Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Malmö in der Laxbutiken und in Mellbystrand haben den Urlaub abgerundet.. Mit der Vermittlung über INTERCHALET waren wirwieder sehr zufrieden.Gute Wegbeschreibung und Service.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freund...

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Es gab eine Einweisung in die Haustechnik. Prospekte zum Umland befinden sich genügend in der Unterkunft. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig. Reisetipps: Wir können unbedingt einem Ausflug nach Varberg empfehlen. Es gibt dort einen sehr schönen Hafen mit einer ansprechenden Promenade.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Hier kann man angeln, wandern oder einfach nur einen schönen Spaziergang unternehmen. Toll für Kinder, viel Platz zum Spielen. Reisetipps: Einkaufen im Gekasin Ullared, ca. 15 Minuten entfernt.Liseberg–Freizeitpark in Göteborg.Zoo in BorasVarberg
