Country house "Villa". In the hamlet Londa 8 km from the centre of Rufina, 7 km from the centre of Dicomano, 40 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, elevated position on top of a hill. For shared use: property 5 ha with trees, natural garden. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. Private: garden 500 m2, natural garden, swimming pool (13 x 5 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, garden furniture. 500 m long very steep motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Contea" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, riding stable 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Due to a very narrow curve uphill not all vans and multivans with wheelbase exceeding 2.95 meters are allowed. , all cars with wheelbase up to 2.95 meters are allowed.

Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and DVD. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Sehr schöne Lage und super großer Pool!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön ruhig und abseits mit viel Platz im Haus und im Garten. Der Besitzer wohnt auf dem Gelände ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist richtig groß und auch teilweise schön tief, zum schwimmen und Spaß haben ideal!

Op een heuvel in Toscane!

Een zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Woont vlakbij maar zijn aanwezigheid stoort niet. Het zwembad is zalig, groot en met voldoende zonnebedden erbij. Firenze kan je makkelijk met de trein doen. Een aanrader!

Comfortabel huis, mooi uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad

Heel fijn huis, van alle gemakken voorzien, in de prachtige heuvels van Rufina. Zeer gastvrije en hulpvaardige eigenaar. Veel binnen- en buitenruimte. Fijn groot zwembad. Alles goed schoon. Een absolute aanrader. Florence is te goed bereikbaar, op een uurtje afstand met de auto. Enige puntje: adres was niet te vinden op onze navigatiesystemen. Dus betere routebeschrijving (pin in Google) wel nodig.

Ruhig und abgelegen, sehr netter Vermieter!

Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb des Ortes Londa abgelegen auf einem Hügel. Wer Abgeschiedenheit, Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus hat die besten Jahre sicher schon hinter sich, ist aber trotzdem in einem ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist sehr groß und würde von uns täglich ausgiebig genutzt, hätte aber etwas besser gepflegt sein dürfen. Der Vermieter, der mit seiner Familie in einem Haus neben dem Ferienhaus wohnt, ist sehr freundlich.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten in bewaldeten Hügeln und der Ausblick ist grandios. Draußen gibt es einen großen überdachten Tisch, an dem zehn Personen Platz finden. Der Pool ist wirklich riesig und man kann richtig Bahnen schwimmen. Zwei Pferde wohnen auch mit auf dem Grundstück. Bis zum Ort sind es zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten. Dort sind kleinere Einkäufe möglich. Die Besitzer sind super nett und trotzdem unaufdringlich. Florenz ist mit der Bahn gut zu erreichen.

tolles Haus, 4 SZ + 4 Bäder, sehr sauber, geniale Aussicht, gute Möblierung, feste Matratzen, neue Gartenmöbel, Swimmingpool + Bereich super und sehr sauber, alles gaaaanz toll! Nur die Anfahrt ist wirklich extrem schwierig, da sehr steil und mit rechtwinkliger Kurve, voll bepackt ist es mit dem Auto nicht leicht, hochzufahren Reisetipps: - gute Supermärkte in Dicomano- Florenz mit dem Zug, Lucca + Pisa ca. 2 Std. mit dem Auto

Etwas knifflige, aber selbst f...

Etwas knifflige, aber selbst für unseren 5,20m langen PKW gut zu meisternde Auffahrt. Gepflegte Unterkunft und ansprechender Pool. Herrliche Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel, Täler und wildreichen Wälder. Trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen meist gut zu ertragende Wärme, da häufig eine angenehme Brise wehte und nachts relativ kühle Temperaturen herrschten. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter nebst Familie im Nachbarhaus. Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Reisetipps: Natürlich Florenz (bequem mit dem Zug von Contea aus zu erreichen). Nette Weinprobe (über den Vermieter organisiert): Weingut "Il Pozzo", Chianti Rufina. Nächster größerer Supermarkt: COOP in Dicomano. Grundversorgung auch in Londa z.B. Alimentari "Il Bottega", erlebenswert aber besonders auch Alimentari, Panini e Tabacchi Marcello di Menicucci in Sandetole unmittelbar hinter dem Abzweig in Richtung Dicomano.

Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen - Top Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit allen Dingen rund um zufrieden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Eine Kommunikation auf Englisch war kein Problem. Wir würden uns jeder Zeit wieder für dieses Haus entscheiden.
