Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (3 km via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, bus stop 9.1 km, rocky beach 220 m. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
2-room house 25 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. Open kitchen (2 hot plates). Shower/WC. No heating option. View of the sea. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Notes: The house has a solar system. Solar electricity generation depends on the weather. Electrical devices with more than 12 V cannot be operated in this house. Only limited use and charging options of electrical devices (cell phones, laptops, etc.) possible. Max. occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old.

Wunderbar

Wir haben das Häuschen, den Grund und den Blick auf das Meer sehr geliebt. Die Zufahrt zu den anderen Häusern führt hinter dem Haus vorbei, was uns überhaupt nicht gestört hat, unsere Hundedame war aber darüber sehr glücklich, so konnte sie zumindest hie und da bellen. Die Boote in der Bucht haben auch nicht gestört, da die Geräusche nicht zum Haus gelangen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und wir sind mit Gastgeschenken verabschiedet worden. Sehr fein ist der kurze Weg auf der Schotterstraße.

Einfach gut!

Freundlicher Vermieter, Ausreichend ausgestattetes schönes Häuschen mit großzügiger Terrasse. Super Wetter. Kurzer Weg zur Bucht in der unser kleines Boot festgemacht werden dürfte. Insgesamt ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub.

Tolle kleine Unterkunft für ei...

Tolle kleine Unterkunft für einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt konnte immer frei laufen und war herzlich willkommen. Man sollte Mücke Spray und Evtl etwas gegen Wespen dabei haben, da diese zu unserer Zeit vermehrt waren. Alles andere gibt es vor Ort. Einkäufe sollte man gut planen, da der Weg wie beschrieben sehr holperig ist. Der Vermieter ist super nett und kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Gäste.

Die Beschreibung "abgeschieden...

Die Beschreibung "abgeschieden" kann sich bei diesem Ferienhaus wirklich nur auf die nächste Ortschaft beziehen. Hinter dem Haus führt der Schotterweg weiter zu den Parkplätzen anderer Ferienhäuser und den Parkplätzen am Strand. Demzufolge herrscht reger Betrieb an Autos und Fußgängern. Das Holzdeck am Strand, das der Vermieter uns als unser privates gezeigt hat, war meist von anderen Menschen belegt. Auf dem Grundstück parkte stets ein Auto von Gästen aus einem anderen Ferienhaus.Der Kühlschrank ist extrem klein, die Warmwasserversorgung funktionierte nur eingeschränkt, im Haus ist nur eine funktionierende Steckdose vorhanden – unbedingt Steckerleiste mitnehmen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist minimalistisch, scharfe Messer, Korkenzieher, Nudelsieb ... Fehlanzeige. Es gibt keine Sonnenliegen, bequeme Stühle für draußen. Die Terrasse ist schön, aber die Holzbänke auf Dauer unbequem.Im Garten lagen Zigarettenkippen, Plastikmüll ... Auch davon waren wir nicht begeistert.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, spricht etwas deutsch, wobei auch die Schlüsselübergabe schwierig war, da wir schon am Vormittag erwartet wurden. Am Nachmittag war der Vermieter nicht da.
