In the hamlet Sveta Jelena 3.5 km from the centre of Mošćenice, 5 km from the centre of Brseč, 7 km from the centre of Mošćenička Draga, on a slope, 5 km from the sea. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop 600 m, pebble beach 5 km, rocky beach 5 km.
3-room terraced house 81 m2 on 3 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), air conditioning. Shower/WC, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 french beds (160 cm), air conditioning. Terrace 25 m2, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

schöne Ferien in Istrien

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Wasser in der Dusche ist nicht abgelaufen, wurde aber mit Abflussreiniger von der Vermieterin behoben)

Haus 207

Dass Haus ist sehr solide und im Sommer trotz Wärme kühl. Die Aufnahmen des Hauses wirken in der Realität kleiner. Da sich zwei Schlafzimmer im Dachboden befinden ist es eher für Kinder geeignet den Erwachsene laufen permanent gebückt. Für sechs Personen ist das Geschirr etwas dürftig. Sonst gibts keine Beanstandungen. Das Haus ist sauber, der Ausblick ein Traum und die Hausverwalterin sehr sehr nett gewesen. Mosenicka ist ein Traum wer Ruhe sucht einfach perfekt. Gerne wieder!!

Traumhafter Urlaub mit wunderschönem Blick

Zunächst zu Beginn: diese Unterkunft ist grandios für das angebotene Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, eher mehr Leistung. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe und Lage, vorausgesetzt es wird nach solchem gesucht. Rijeka liegt etwa 30 bis 45 Autominuten entfernt, Pula sogar 1.5h. Der nächste Supermarkt etwa 15 Minuten und 7km in etwa. Ohne Auto sieht es tatsächlich etwas schlecht aus. Dafür sehr sauber, geniale Sonnenaufgänge und guter Start für ausgewogene Wanderungen.

Appartamento in collina con vista mare

L’appartamento è accogliente e pulito. Ottima posizione , strategica per chi vuole contemporaneamente riposarsi, essere immersi nella natura e fare attività prettamente balneari. Moschenica draga è una cittadina di mare molto bella. I locali sono molto ospitali .

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienha...

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist gut eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das Haus war in einem absolut sauberen Zustand. Traumhafter Meerblick von der schönen Terasse. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Reisetipps: Opatija, Labin, Rabac, Sveta Marina sowie Porec und Rovinji. Empfehlenswert ist die Konoba vor Ort (gute preiswerte einheimische Küche, nette Besitzer)
