Private: terraced garden, 1'000 m2 with trees, natural garden. 12 km long motor access (mountain road). Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking at the house at 30 m. Grocery 12 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Viareggio" 21 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 18 km. Nearby attractions: Forte dei Marmi 21 km, Lucca 44 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 79 km, Carrara (cave marmo Fantascritti) 43 km, Firenze 130 km, Collodi (Parco Pinocchio) 62 km. Hade bokat 5 nätter men lämnade efter en natt. Alldeles för oengagerat och både kök och trädgården var eftersatta. Otrevligt att vistas här helt enkelt.
Det fanns potential för detta enkla lilla hus som såg ganska trevligt ut på bilderna. Ett av sovrummen hade någon lagt omsorg på.
Men det spelar ingen roll när allt bakom köksluckorna är snuskigt och flottigt och man inte ens tillhandahåller diskmedel eller ren kökshandduk. Kvarlämnad på diskbänken fanns en otroligt gammal och snuskig kökssvamp som man får förmoda används för att tvätta den disk som stod i diskstället - utan diskmedel.
Jag hade också väntat mig en rulle toalettpapper i badrummet…

Schönes Häuschen am Waldrand
Tolles Häuschen direkt am Waldrand am Ende der Straße. Haus ist wie beschrieben. Minimalistisch ohne WLAN , aber sehr gemütlich. Wanderwege sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch der Friedenspark u das Museum und kleines Bistro von St. Anna. Ansonsten 25 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zur Hauptstraße einplanen. Check In mit Carlos hat super funktioniert. Müll wird jeden Tag ein anderer abgeholt, am besten den Müllmann fragen welcher dran ist. Wer Ruhe und die Nähe zum Wald mag ist hier genau richtig.

Die Aussicht vom Sitzplatz aus auf das Meer ist nicht vorhanden und mit Bäumen zugewachsen. Nachts und auch morgens ist das Hundegebell vom Nachbarn unerträglich

Einfach und Rustikal
Wer die Ruhe abseits sucht und wenig Ansprüche hat, für den ist diese Unterkunft genau Richtig. Die Fahrt in 700 Meter Höhe dauert ca. 20 Minuten und und ist nichts für Beifahrer denen schnell Übel wird. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet. Die "Dusche" ist gerade noch ausreichend (4-) Im Garten ist ein Grill mit ausreichend Feuerholz. Für kleine Kinder ist die Unterkunft nicht geeignet, da die Geländer im Garten kurz vor dem Verfall sind und die Treppe zum Haus sehr steil ist.

Uroczy domek wysoko w górach
Bardzo urokliwy domek, położony bardzo wysoko w górach. Praktycznie na odludziu. Do domku prowadzi kręta, górska droga. Domek ładnie urządzony. Dokoła domu ładny teren z pięknymi widokami na góry, dolinę i morze.

Das Haus ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich und die Natur in der Umgebung sind perfekt zum Entspannen und Wandern.

Schönes rustikales Steinhaus, ...
Schönes rustikales Steinhaus, leicht morbid, aber passend zur Umgebung. Fantastische Aussicht über die gesamte Berglandschaft bis hin zum Meer. (Wäre noch besser wenn die Bäume etwas zurückgeschnitten würden) Alles in Allem eine sehr schöne und entspannte Urlaubswoche. Die ca. 15 km vom Meer bis zum Haus auf ca. 780m liegend sind anstrengend und wird bei tägl. Fahrt unangenehm. Reisetipps: Ein Muß ist das Museum in St.Anna.Es wird dort an die Schrecken der NS–Zeit erinnert. Sehr bewegend!

Wunderschönes abgelegenes Häus...
Wunderschönes abgelegenes Häuschen im Toscanastil. Wenn man Ruhe, schöne Landschaft und tolle Wanderwege sucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Zum Strand ca. 30 Minuten. Anfahrt toskanisch kurvenreich, toller Blick auf die Versiliaküste vom Hanggrundsück! Netter Eigentümer, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Leute vor Ort sehr freundlich und offen. Reisetipps: Pietrasanta, ein wunderschönes Künstlerstädtchen. Camaiore, liebeswerte Ortschaft mit schöner Fußgängerzone.

Nicht zu empfehlen für Mensche...
Nicht zu empfehlen für Menschen die unter Bewegungseinschränkungen leiden, kein Toaster kein Backofen keine Mikrowelle vorhanden so dauert es mindestens eine Stunde um an frische Brötchen zu kommen, Dusche gewöhnungsbedürftig es funktioniert auch nach mehreren Versuchen nicht zu duschen ohne das ganze Bad unter Wasser zu setzten da es keine Abtrennung gibt außerdem ist ein 15Liter Boiler zu wenig
