Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, basketball, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, roof terrace, washing machine. Available: bicycles (2). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 10 km, railway station 40 km, pebble beach 4.5 km, rocky beach 4.5 km. Children's playground 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). With sloping ceilings, open kitchen (4 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Bath/WC with corner bath. No heating option. Balcony, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: mosquito net, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. On the ground floor: konoba with dining table and open-hearth fireplace.

Schönes, gemütliches Ferienhaus in idealer Lage

Wir, eine 7 köpfige 3 Generationen Familie mit Hund, hatten das Haus Petar KST253 in der Zeit vom 16.07. - 30.07.22 gebucht. Das Haus ist mit den nötigsten Dingen ausgestattet. Vergeblich sucht man allerdings einen Toaster. Wir haben jeden Morgen Brötchen und Brot im Elektro Backofen getoastet, was für eine Energieverschwendung. Der Gasherd ist gewöhnungsbedürftig beim Anzünden der Brenner. Es dauert längere Zeit bis der Sicherheits Mechanismus durchschaltet und man den Einstellknebel loslassen kann (Zündventile müssen gereinigt werden). Nachdem sich alle mit Streichhölzern beim Anzünden der Gasflamme die Finger verbrannt hatten, haben wir ein Stabfeuerzeug gekauft und auch mitgenommen. Die als Dusche aufgehängten und nicht mehr verstellbaren Handbrausen sind in einem beklagenswerten Zustand. Die Düsen der Eckbadewanne im OG sind verstopft. Ein sehr kleiner Schlafraum im EG verfügt über keine Steckdose. Die Räume sind gut aufgeteilt und werden im geöffneten Zustand von der Klimaanlage etwas runtergekühlt. Das Haus ist mit ca.5 Km Entfernung zum Meer idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und schaut fast täglich nach der technischen Anlage des schönen Pools. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Geeignet für 2 Familien

Das Haus ist ideal für 2 Familien, da man getrennte Wohnungen hat, aber auch einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Grill und Bar. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Poolheizung ist solarbetrieben und bei schlechtem Wetter in der Vorsaison leider unzureichend. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten, insbesondere für Kinder.

Sehr geräumig und funktionell, Pool jeden Tag gesäubert, Verwalter/Vermieter Micho sehr nett – am Ankunfstag standen Kuchen, Obst, Bier und Cola im Kühlschrank, an einem Nachmittah brachte er zum Kaffee leckeren Kuchen vorbei unangekündigt und passend. Reisetipps: Wer kann – bringt sein MTB mit – tolle Strecken auch auf das NAVI zu laden – schöne Städte in der Umgebung.
