We had fantastic two weeks at Casaletto. Cesare, the owner, was very helpful. The house was the perfect startingpoint for our trips to the most beautiful places round Viterbo and the northern Latium and it was always a pleasure to get „home“. Perfect!

Tolle Lage, wunderschönes Grundstück

Die Lage und Landschaft ist wunderbar, leider ist das Doppelbett sehr klein und das Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock nicht so ideal. Toll ist die Natur, die vielen kulturellen Möglichkeiten zum Besichtigen, das Meer und natürlich der wunderschöne Garten!

Kleines Haus mit grandiosem Garten

Ein riesiger Garten, lückenlos eingezäunt. Mit viel Gefühl für Ästhetik, Gestaltung und die Natur. Der Eigentümer, Cesare ist ein wirklich guter Typ. Er kümmert sich um das Anwesen Note Eins mit Sternchen. Olivenöl macht er auch. Es ist super. Wir haben einiges als Mitbringsel verteilt. Wurde uns aus den Händen gerissen. Wenn es nicht so weit wäre würden wir morgen wieder hinfahren ;-)

wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben mit unserem Hund zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem kleinen Häuschen verbracht. Cesare war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Er war immer schnell zu erreichen wenn er gebraucht wurde. Es war schön ruhig und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, der Pool war klasse und das Grundstück wunderschön. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub kann man es nur empfehlen, Gelände eingezäunt, so das der Vierbeiner nicht weg kommt....

Urlaub im Il Casaletto

Meine Freundin und ich haben den Aufenthalt im Il Casaletto sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, mit einem großen Garten, einer Terrasse und einem Whirlpool. Außerdem gibt es viele Olivenbäume, einen Kirschbaum und viele andere Pflanzen, Büsche und Blumen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und jederzeit zu erreichen. Bei Problemen kommt er auch persönlich vorbei. Es ist es genau das richtige Ziel, für Leute, die einen Ort für einen ruhigen Urlaub suchen.

Gemütliches Haus

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit schönem Garten. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit genügend Geschirr etc. Auch wenn es einmal etwas kälter ist gibt es eine gut funktionierende Heizung und ein Kamin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Erholsame Ferien

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Schöner gepflegter Garten, mit genügend schönen Plätzchen um sich zu erholen. Das Ferienhaus ist ideal für zwei Personen. Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge in die schönen italienischen Dörfer. In Vetralla gibt es alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt.

Top Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Inhaber kümmert sich um das Anwesen und hat sich mehrfach informiert ob für uns alles in Ordnung ist. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig etwas ausserhalb von Vetralla inmitten grosser Olivenplantagen trotzdem ist man schnell im Ort, wo es alles gibt, was man braucht. Ausserdem sind sehr schöne Wanderungen möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super schönes Ferienhaus, nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. Der Vermieter ist super und immer greifbar. Garten mega-groß , Haus klein und gemütlich. Pool perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Ideal für Paar mit Kind oder einem Schnuffi.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir waren absolut begeistert von diesem Haus. Es ist vom Stil her rustikal und zugleich in einem erstklassigen Zustand. Türen und Fenster sind neu und alle mit Fliegengitter. Man hat keine Eidechsen oder Moskitos im Haus und das ist bei einem Haus am Land nicht selbstverständlich. Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen im Wohn und im Schlafbereich. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen inkl. Rom. Der Hausherr ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Ausflugtipps gegeben.
