In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant 300 m, café 50 m, bus stop "Kappl Abzw Niederhof" 70 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 21.7 km. Ski lift 1.5 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

sehr schöne Unterkunft
eine sehr schöne, große Unterkunft - zwei Wohnungen, die über das Treppenhaus miteinander verbunden sind. Wir waren nur 7 Personen, von daher fanden wir in einer Küche locker Platz zum Kochen und Essen. Super lecker waren die zwei Kuchen, die wir im am zweiten Tag bekamen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Brötchenservice vom Bäcker hat super geklappt. Skibus direkt unterhalb des Hauses.
Achtung: Die steile Rampe ist bei Schnee spannend für Autofahrer und für heimkehrende Skifahrer.

Wij hadden voor 10 personen geboekt.
6 slaapkamers
4 badkamers
2 keukens (eetkamer)
meer dan genoeg.
met 10 in 1 eetplaats was krap, maar 't lukte.
De laatste 20 meter naar 't huis is best pittig (stijl), maar ook dit lukte wel.
We kregen lekkere cake bij aankomst.
Heel vriendelijke host!!

Großes Haus
J. die Besitzerin war sehr nett, hat einen leckeren Kuchen vorbei gebracht. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat viel Platz. Die Betten sind bequem Die Küche hat alles was man braucht nur Müsli Schüsseln fehlen. Also Toaster und Mikrowelle hat es nicht aber braucht man auch nicht unbedingt. Auch wenn das Haus groß ist fehlt irgendwie so ein Aufenthaltsraum wo man abends gemütlich sitzen kann. Aber wir haben uns es in der Küche gemütlich gemacht. Ski Raum vorhanden und viele Parkplätze.

Gute Unterkunft
Wir konnten ein schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbringen.
Was wir schade finden ist, dass die Unterkunft nicht direkt für das Folgejahr in der gleichen Woche vorreserviert ist..... Hatten wir bereits zweimal, dass ein Haus reserviert war und später plötzlich frei, als wir uns nach etwas anderem umsahen.

Royale vakantiewoning. Wel wat gedateerd. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is er. Prachtige ligging, net buiten Kappl. Bij sneeuwval wel moeilijker met de auto te bereiken, doordat het laatste stuk weg van 50 meter erg steil is. Wel 4 prive parkeerplaatsen onderaan die steile weg. Verder omhoog lopen.

Gewoon goed!
We hebben met twee gezinnen deze woning gehuurd. De beide appartementen zijn ruim opgezet en schoon. De bedden zijn goed en ook de douches/toiletruimtes zijn prima. De appartementen zijn een ideale plek om als uitvalsbasis te dienen om veel leuke dingen in de omgeving te doen. De uitrusting is basaal, maar goed.
