In the district of Schmiedsegg 300 m from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, in a sunny position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant 300 m, café 50 m, bus stop "Kappl Abzw Niederhof" 70 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 21.7 km. Ski lift 1.5 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. 2 showers, sep. WC. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, box-room. Very beautiful panoramic view of the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Electricity is partly controlled by motion detectors. If there are fewer people than the maximum number of occupants, not all bedrooms are available.
