In the hamlet Casaglia 4 km from the centre of Poggibonsi, 11 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 30 km from the centre of Siena, in a sunny position, in the countryside. For shared use: large, beautiful garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 03.Oct.). Terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 31.Mar.). 800 m long motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 2.7 km, railway station "Poggibonsi" 4 km. Please note: residence with electric gates. The owner lives in the same residence. Wine tasting in a wine cellar near San Gimignano 17 km away 1x per stay included (on request).

Appartement dans une belle propriété toscane

La propriété est très belle et bien entretenue. Elle est au calme et en même temps bien située pour faire du tourisme.L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé.Nous recommandons chaudement ce lieu de vacances au cœur de la Toscane!

Zentral aber ruhig gelegen

Eine sehr tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Erkundungslage (man kommt überall mit dem Auto in der Toskana schnell hin). Absolut ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, wie man es sich auf einem Landgut eben vorstellt. Für die Kibder ein idealer Platz zum Toben und Spielen. Erholung pur!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Solo 2 accorgimenti: 1)la luce: i 3 appartamenti non siti nella palazzina non hanno imposte e il solo tendone verde semi trasparente fa passare la luce col risultato di una sveglia sulle 5.30/6.00 anche in vacanza. 2)nonostante la posizione se il caldo incombe, 1 solo ventilatore non è sufficiente; magari un piccolo investimento x rinfrescare gli appartamenti sarebbe davvero utile perché le notti son state difficili. Per il resto nulla da dire, soggiorno piacevolissi

Mooie locatie, dicht bij Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra en Firenze. We hebben € 30 moeten betalen voor de opkuis. Dit vond ik niet oké vermits het appartementje bij aankomst vuil was. Zelf de pannen en tafel kregen wij niet meer proper (deze bleven vettig ongeacht het gebruik van zeep).We hebben bij aankomst een uur moeten wachten omdat de eigenaar er niet was. Bij vertrek was er ook niemand te bespeuren om de sleutels opnieuw in ontvangst te nemen. De gastheer was zeer vriendelijk. Reistips: Bezoekzeker de omliggende stadjes.

Gr. Wohn–Essbereich mit ordentlicher rustikaler Einrichtung.gut einger.Küche.nur ital. Kaffeezubereiter,Kaffeefilter oder Maschine mitbringen. Auch Haken für Handtücher im Bad.Fliegengitter vor jedem Fenster. Temperatur in der kl.Dusche,heiß oder kalt,schlechter Wasserdruck. Wlan Code bei Schlüsselübergabe,öfter Ausfälle.160 breites gutes Bett,evtl noch 1Decke mitbringen,2 vorhanden.älter,kl.Tv. Unsere Stecker gehen in fast alle Steckdosen. Reisetipps: in 11 Kilometer Entfernung die beeindruckende Stadt San Gimignano. Siena gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Florenz auch mit dem Zug,ab Poggibonsi. Parkgebühren in den Städten 3.– pro Std. Supermarkt in Poggibonsi. Beachtung der Anfahrtsbeschreibung von I. Chalet. Denn das Navi führt einen über schlechte Schotterstr. Zu beachten,längere Fahrzeiten durch kurvigeStraßen.
