In the district of Neu Burgstall 2.7 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 1.5 km from the centre of Schwendau, 2 km from the centre of Hippach, on a slope, 750 m from the river. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 3.2 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Mayrhofen" 2.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 17.5 km, mountain railway 800 m, ski lift 800 m, ski bus stop 300 m. If the snow conditions are suitable, it is possible to ski from approx. 150 m from the house to the valley station.

Gute Lage zur Horbergbahn

Schön gelegene Wohnung, funktional, modern ausgestattet. Mit Platz für bis zu 8 Personen in 2 Zimmern mit 3 Betten und einem Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Mit Skischuhtrockner und großem Regal für das Skiequipment + Skiraum. Alles sehr sauber. Gute Betten. Haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt.

Zeer goed en van alles voorzien huisje. Heerlijk rustig gelegen en dicht bij de lift. We gingen uit van 6 bedden en een slaapbank maar er stonden gewoon 8 bedden, dus dat was nog een extra aangename verrassing. Super aardige verhuurder. Kortom, een echte aanrader voor het geld wat het kost.

Tolle Unterkunft, modern und gemütlich. Es war alles da, was man braucht und der Vermieter war super nett. Die Nähe zur Horbergbahn war ideal. Man konnte in 5 Minuten rüberlaufen. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.

Wat een zalig appartement! Voldoende ruimte voor iedereen, zeer schoon en mooie badkamers. Heerlijke douche! Fijn dat we gebruik konden maken van de wasmachine en droger. Erg vriendelijke eigenaar.

Wir waren Anfang September in der Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock (auf dem Galeriefoto unter dem Balkon) und es tut mir leid, dass ich erst so spät bewerte. Wir haben uns ... sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und war pieksauber und sehr gepflegt. Sehr angenehm sind die beiden Bäder. Man sitzt mit tollem Ausblick sehr schön auf der Terrasse. Das einzige, was auch schon erwähnt wurde, ist der fehlende Backofen, aber das ist wirklich das einzige. Absolute Empfehlung.

Top Lage, netter Vermieter, sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Toll ist der direkte Zugang zum Garten. Die Lage mitten im Zillertal ist super, zu keinem Berg zur weit. Der Vermieter ist immer für ein nettes Gespräch zu haben, super nett und vom Service kaum zu übertreffen... Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen und können jedem die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Prachtige woning, schitterend uitzicht!

Wat een mooi en compleet uitgeruste vakantiewoning. Prima bedden. Aardige verhuurder. Handig om sltijd de wasmachine te kunnen gebruiken. Het dal erg toeristisch, maar de natuur schitterend.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. ...

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet, alles neu und in einem Top Zustand. Wir waren zu viert im Urlaub und somit war es Luxus.....alleine zwei Bäder mit traumhaften großen Duschen und drei Schlafräumen. Geschirrspüler vorhanden...somit entfallen Spülhände....Herd und Mikrowelle da....für kleine Mahlzeiten völlig ausreichend...kein Backofen....aber wer braucht den denn....gegessen wird auf der Alm oder unterwegs mit Semmel und Wurscht......Wir durften uns alle drei Wohnungen ansehen und sagen TOP ...genauso zum netten Vermieter!!!
