Beautiful, cosy single-family house "Les Roches". 700 m from the centre of Le Pouldu, 5 km from the centre of Clohars-Carnoet, 13 km from the centre of Quimperlé, 5 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 50 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 700 m, grocery 950 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery 850 m, bus stop 450 m, sandy beach "Plage Bellangenet" 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 1.3 km, sailing school 1.3 km, walking paths from the house 5 m. Nearby attractions: Quimperlé 12 km, Pont Aven 21 km, Concarneau, Ville Close 42 km, Lorient, départ Île de Groix 30 km, Quimper 60 km, Carnac 60 km. Hiking paths: GR34, sentier des douaniers 10 m.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
