Geräumiges, funktionell ausgestattetes Ferienhaus
Das Haus entsprach den Beschreibungen, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Funktionelle, etwas spartanische Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, wenn auch durch die Strandnähe immer etwas sandig. Wohnküche, Platzangebot, Strandnähe sind super. Kleiderschränke fehlen leider, Sofa etwas ungemütlich. Katastrophal sind die Bettgestelle! Die Sprungrahmen waren dilettantisch mit Heftpflaster geflickt, sind bei uns mehrmals nachts beim Umdrehen im Schlaf zusammengebrochen. An dieser Stelle leider Fuscherei, Murks!

Schönes Haus in sehr guter, ruhiger Lage
Das Haus liegt ca. 150m hinter den Dünen von Acvoville und dem Meer. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig und in Fußnähe gibt es zwei gute Restaurants

Maison très agréable
Petit séjour normand fin 2020 parfait. Maison très spacieuse et agréable, à quelques mètres de la mer, facile d’accès. Très calme et très bien équipée. Accueil chaleureux. location au top. Quelques commerces de proximité seraient la cerise sur le gâteau afin de pouvoir tout faire à pied mais cela ne dépend en rien du propriétaire mais plutôt de la ville.
Nous n’avons rien à redire.

Ferienhaus Les Mouettes, September 2019
Wir waren im September 2019 zu viert in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt sehr nahe am Strand und ist gut aufgeteilt. Die einzelnen Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Wer allerdings viel selber kochen möchte, sollte sich ausreichend Equipment zum Vorbereiten der Mahlzeiten (Schneidebretter, Messer, Pfannen) mitbringen, hier mangelt es etwas. Die Terrasse ist wie beschrieben gekiest mit 8 einfachen Stühlen ausgestattet, hier wären z.B. Liegen wünschenswert.

+ Strandnähe, Erreichbarkeit des Strandes+ ruhige Lage des Hauses, sehr gute Privatheit in Haus + Garten+ schönes, großes, helles, geräumiges Haus+ schöne, große Terrasse und großflächiger Garten+ zweckmäßige, feriengerechte Ausstattung + Einrichtung Reisetipps: - Mont St. Michel, wenn auch mit längerer Anreise verbunden- Wochenmarkt in Hauteville-Sur-Mer, sonntags (groß!)- Villedien-les Poeles: sehr schöne Altstadt, Glockengießerei- Region bietet wenig touristische Highlights für Kinder + Familien- kleines, nettes Kino im Ort

Leider war das Haus nicht beso...
Leider war das Haus nicht besonders sauber. Wir waren die ersten Gäste nach dem Winter und man hatte den Eindruck, dass vor unserer Ankunft nicht geputzt wurde. Das war besonders ärgerlich, da wir am Ende unserer Reise die Endreinigung bezahlt haben. Ansonsten zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider nur einfache Plastikstühle auf der Terrasse ohne Polster. Schade.Schlüsselübergabe war gut. Reisetipps: Schön direkt am Strand gelegen. Ausflüge zum Mont Saint Michel, nach Granville und zu den sehenswerten Schlössern sehr schön.
