In the district of Lido Altanea 4 km from the centre of Caorle, 1.5 km from the centre of Porto Santa Margherita, 75 km from the centre of Venezia, 500 m from the sea. For shared use: property 45'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool kidney-shaped (700 m2, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, hot tub, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, bistro, WiFi, shopping facilities, kiosk. Supermarket 600 m, bus stop 350 m, railway station "San Donà (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 28 km, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km.
