Rustic house "Maria", renovated in 2015. In the hamlet Polje 13 km from the centre of Malinska, 4 km from the centre of Soline, 18 km from the centre of Krk, 2.5 km from the sea. Private: property 50 m2. Patio, garden furniture. In the house: internet access. Shop 400 m, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 2.3 km, sandy beach 3.5 km pebble beach 3.5 km. Please note: airfield 16 km from the property.
"Maria", 2-room house 38 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV and electric heater. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (2 induction hot plates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning. Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Forced-air heating. Wooden floors. Terrace 20 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Per chi ama la tranquillità

Casa piccolina ma deliziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort. I proprietari sono persone squisite e gentili. Noi abbiamo avuto la sfortuna che ci si rompesse l'auto ma questo ci ha dato modo di vivere una dimensione totalmente inaspettata: amanti delle passeggiate,abbiamo trovato vari sentieri che ci hanno portato in spiagge e calette bellissime e che probabilmente non avremmo scoperto girando in macchina. Consiglio la zona a chi non ama il caos ma anzi vuole ritrovare un posto quasi fuori dal tempo

Einfach traumhaft!

Ein absolut wunderschönes Plätzchen Erde. Super liebe Gastgeber und sehr tierliebend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder. Es war super erholsam. Im Haus ist alles, was man braucht und wenn was fehlt, sind die Vermieter immer zur Stelle.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Die Unterkunft ist super eingerichtet, sauber. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund und das Haus mit Garten ist einfach nur zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt und die Gastgeber sind sehr hundefreundlich.

Uriges Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten im Juli 2024 eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Positiv ist die Klimaanlage im oberen Stockwerk. Bei täglich über 30 Grad ist dies sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Es stört auch nicht, dass sie auf dem Grundstück wohnen. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Dies lockt aber auch Mücken an. Da sollte man ausgestattet sein. Insgesamt kann man das Haus nur empfehlen.
