Beautiful, cosy resort "Domaine de l'Eilen". 22 houses in the residence. 2.5 km from the centre of Cavalaire, 18 km from the centre of Saint Tropez, in an elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: table tennis, boccia. Private: garden 200 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (8 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). In the complex: reception, WiFi. Bread roll service. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, bus stop "Arret de bus - Halte routière" 2.6 km. Gut aber es geht besser

Wir sind an einem Sonntag angereist und mussten uns alles selbst erarbeiten. Die Zugangsdaten erhielten wir erst nach mehreren Anläufen und quasi in letzter Sekunde eine Einweisung. Insbesondere bezüglich des Swimmingpools hat nie stattgefunden. Das Haus selbst hat eine gute Lage und ist sehr ruhig.

Jolie maison avec très belle vue, belle piscine et très bien placée Literie à revoir tout de même, seul point négatif Maison propre à notre arrivée et gestionnaire sur place très sympa Animaux acceptés et propriété fermée complètement pour la sécurité Enfin prévoir borne de recharge rapide pour véhicules car cela manque dans tout cavalaire

Gut aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß

Der Urlaubsort ist nach wie vor sehr gut. Die Unterkunft selbst könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. (alte und kaputte Möbel. Spühlmaschiene besteht nur aus Ersatzteilen Wagen und Besteckkorb). Imternet und Wlan gehören heute dazu. Muss dort extra gebucht werden. Geht gar nicht. Rezeptionspersonal freunlich und sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit (top) ur französisschsprachig und Rezeption nicht immer besetzt. Endreimigung teurer angegeben, als im Internet angegeben. Hinweise vielleicht vorhanden trotzde

Ferienhaus Domaine de l'Eilen

Die Villen liegen in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit Gärten und privaten Swimmingpools, haben alle einen ähnlichen Grundriss und sind gut ausgestattet. Obwohl die Kurtaxe für eine 4-Sterne-Unterkunft gilt, vermisst man den kleinen Luxus wie Kissen und Sonnenliegerauflagen. Die Betten sind niedriger, schmaler und kürzer als die DIN-Norm. Die Matratzen waren jedoch gut. Eine Familie tut gut daran, den zusätzlichen Service von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern zu buchen und die Betten machen zu lassen.

Schönes Haus !

Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort und hatte unsere 2 Hunde dabei . Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und war daher optimal. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das einzige Manko war , dass der Pool nicht beheizt war und im Oktober somit wirklich richtig kalt, wir konnten ihn leider nicht nutzen, was sehr schade war.

Leider lag das Haus sehr weit oben , sehr langer Fußweg. Die Mitarbeiter konnten kein Englisch , war etwas schwer zu kommunizieren. Sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es fehlten im Haus Informationen über Elektronische Geräte in verschiedenen Sprachen . Leider waren die Matratzen durchgelegen und es wirkte alles nicht richtig sauber . Pool war super und wurde auch einmal gereinigt . Wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Zeit dort .

Leider doch einige Mängel

Wir sind zum dritten Mal in einer der Villen. Leider ist es tatsächlich so, dass die Unterkunft etwas vernachlässigt ist. Defekte Glühlampen. In der Dusche ist die Aufhängung des Duschkopfes in beiden Duschen kaputt. Die Ceranplatte des Herdes sieht schon sehr verschmutzt aus. Die Rezeption ist nur Samstags besetzt, sonst erhält man eine Telefonnummer, bei der dann die Mailbox dran geht. Damit hat trotz des hohen Preises auch der Service sehr nachgelassen. Trotzdem ein schönes Haus.

La piscine n’a pas été chauffée. Vacances en début d’octobre. Chauffage visiblement en panne depuis longtemps. En toute cas on nous a dit qu’ils ne chauffent plus les psicines. Les bains de soleil ont été en mauvaises état. La villa et le jardin ont été propre. On voit un manque de réinvestissement.

Domain de l‘Eilen Teil2

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir in dieser Ferienhausanlage unseren Urlaub verbracht, nach 2018 und einem tollen empfehlenswerten Aufenthalt, wurden wir nun nach vier Jahren eher enttäuscht. Das Haus entsprach leider nicht mehr der seinerzeit vorgefundenen Qualität, alles wirkt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend überholt werden. Die Lage des diesmal angebotenen Hauses war trotz Wunsch auf etwas mehr Fernsicht gar nicht gegeben, das erste angebotene Haus wurde von uns nicht bezogen.

Lage gut, Sauberkeit mangelhaft

Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wir mussten einiges nachputzen. Sollte mal Renoviert werden. Garten und Pool waren gepflegt. Ausstattung war Okey. Lager war gut mit einer schönen Aussicht. Viele Mücken am Abend (auch Tigermücken).

L'emplacement est parfait et la maison offre de beaux espaces. Toutefois, la climatisation est partiellement inopérante et un manque d'entretien est flagrant. Traces sur les murs, terrasse tachée en plusieurs endroits etc....

Maison et situation très agréable . Dommage le manque entretien ,vétusté de certaines petites choses . Transats plus très stable , traces sur les murs , sèche serviette rouillé Sdb , pas de ciseaux dans la cuisine , face lave vaisselle manquante ,état des volets ext ,…, propre mais manque d’entretien en tout cas sur la maison numéro 25 . Grand garage mais pas pratique .

Une villa fonctionnelle, spacieuse et confortable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (logement no25). Un bémol : l'accès au garage (très spacieux) difficile, mais une place de stationnement juste à côté de la villa. Prix de l'électricité forfaitaire (60€ par semaine ) et non fonction de la consommation. Chauffage par climatiseur réversible pas idéal en saison froide. Départ et arrivée en totale autonomie car réception fermée en cette période (ouverte le lundi matin pour caution et autre ) Extérieur avec pelouse synthétique bien entretenu

SCHOENE WOHNUNG

Die Mitarbeiter von dieser Residenz sehr zuvorkommend. Alles hat gut geklappt und hatte man ein Problem wurde dieser sehr gut geloest. Nur eine Bemerkung: Die Beschilderung zur Residenz von der Hauptstrasse ist schlecht.
