Beautiful, comfortable single-family house "Ty Manolo". 3 km from the centre of Trégueux, 5 km from the centre of St. Brieuc, 60 km from the centre of Dinan, in the residential district, 7 km from the sea. Private: large, well-kept garden 1'000 m2 with lawn and trees, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Les Rosaires" 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Residence with electric gates.
"Ty Manolo", 4-room house 170 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and modern furnishings: open large living/dining room with dining table, TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Shower. Heating. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Le confort de la maison en vacances... Le dépaysement de la région, sans que rien ne nous manque au quotidien (équipements). Un terrain clôturé adapté à nos deux australiens. Localisation intéressante pour un axé rapide aux axes routiers. Accueil chaleureux et très amical. Merci encore à Christophe pour ses conseils avisés.

Ausstattung sehr gut.Allerdigs,Lage an der Str.nicht opt. Nachts hört man,die Fahrgeräusche der umliegenden Fernstraßen.Der Nachbar hat in unserer Zeit,Pech für uns,seinen Pool fertig gestellt (Schleifgeräusche,Bohrmachine,Ramme,kl.Bagger,Komressor über mehrer Tage verteilt im Einsatz,gesamt ca.10). Jetzt nur noch Restarbeiten.

Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung :–gerade die Küche mit der Kochinsel ist top ausgestattet, incl. Austernmesser und Crepespfanne, also für Hobbyköche ideal–der Wohnraum ist großzügig geschnitten mit großem Fernseher und schöner Dekoration–Dusche ist modern und hell–der Garten ist für Hundebesitzer ideal, da das Grundstück komplett ummauert ist–der Strand für Hundebesitzer ist nur gute 10 min Fahrzeit entfernt (Bucht von Hillion) Reisetipps: –samstags Markt in St.Brieuc–Dinan (sehr, sehr schöne mittelalterliche Stadt), Dinard und St. Malo–unbedingt an die Cotes de granit rose fahren – eine ganz faszinierende Küste mit wunderschönen Felsformationen (Tregastel, Ploumanac'h etc.)–Wanderung am Cap Frehel bis zum Fort la Latte einplanen

Une merveille !!!

Franchement des vacances de rêve ! Une maison où tout a été conçu pour le bien être ! rien ne manque, absolument rien ! de plus le propriétaire est très disponible et fait tout pour que le séjour soit parfait ! Un accueil très chaleureux, presque comme si on faisait partie de la famille ! vraiment idéal ! en quête de découvertes ??? demandez lui il connait sa région sur le bout des doigts. Si je devais noter cette location je mettrai 25/20 ! Il n'y a pas de mots pour dire comme nous étions bien à Trégueux ! vraiment ça vaut le coup d'y aller vous n'aurez aucun regret ! Bonnes vacances à tous ...
