This 3 BR, 2 Bathroom villa sleeps 6 and is located on a peninsula in the laguna with free access to the Caribbean Ocean. There is a fresh water pool and a jetty from which you can take a dip in the sea.
You can sit on the porch or the jetty and experience the cooling trade wind. Turtles, rays and other sea life can be seen right from this property.
The interiors are designed and equipped to make your stay comfortable and pleased.

Water and electricity are included in our prices (unless otherwise stated), but as these are very expensive on the island and we support the idea of sustainability and use wisely, they are reasonably included at a cost of $15.00 per night. Unless stated otherwise with the rented object, if the use exceeds this amount (for example by leaving air conditioning units on during the entire day when you are away), the additional use will be charged.

Very Nice Home

Our stay at the home was excellent. Loved the covered patio and pool. Location is centrally located and close to eateries, grocery, dive shops/sites. There is a decent supply of entertainment and books to pass the time when not diving. FYI the home does not have a blender and wash cloths are not provided. So, you may want to bring your own if you like to shower with them. Supply of hot water does not last long .... maybe 15-20 minutes. Also, you may want to know that you are allotted only so much water and electric daily and if you exceed the allotment there is an additional charge for overages. The wife and I did not incur any additional charges but we were very conservative in using the water and only used the a/c in one bedroom at night. I don't believe that the utility usage was covered in the listing for this home. Overall I would rent this home again and our stay and the home was excellent.

Great property. Walking distance (for us) to downtown and several great restaurants. Property was clean, well maintained and had all we needed.

Boven verwachting, geweldig!

Wat hebben we genoten van ons verblijf op Bonaire. Dit was mede te danken aan ons onderkomen dat we via HomeAway hadden gehuurd. Een zeer complete woning ,netjes, schoon van alle gemakken voorzien en gelegen op een plezierige locatie. Voor ons was het de eerste keer dat we een huis huurde via deze organisatie. De dame, die ons met de sleutels op de locatie ontving, bleek een oud lerares van onze kleindochter, die met haar ouders ruim zeven jaar op Bonaire heeft gewoond, te zijn. We kregen een rondleiding door het huis met bijbehorende informatie.(keurig). Aan het einde van ons verblijf werd, volgens afspraak, de sleutel op de afgesproken tijd weer ingenomen en kwam er een eind aan ons zeer plezierige verblijf op Bonaire.

helemaal top met 1 min punt

De woning is fantastisch. Je kan lekker op het ruime balkon naar een pelikaan kijken die er de hele dag rond hangt. Het zwembad is lekker ruim en diep genoeg. De vierkante klamboe's zijn ideaal. De BBQ is wat aan het opraken maar doet het nog goed. Het water voor de deur is helaas erg troebel, dus je ziet daar niets in zwemmen. We hadden wat problemen met loslopende grommende honden van de buren, maar daar kan de verhuurder niet veel aan doen. Tijdens het verblijf een sloep gehuurd van de kippie man. Bleek dat de sloep mede van de huiseigenaar was (misschien aanbieden dat de sloep te huur is?). Het eiland is mooi en zeker een bezoek waard. Min punt voor ons was dat de eigenaar op onze dag van vertrek om 18 uur aankwam wat inhield dat we om 14 uur uit het huisje moesten zijn. Onze vlucht was om 21:30, dat levert wel een probleempje op. (dit was ons minpunt). De bij gehuurde wagen beviel goed. Je heb overigens echt een wagen nodig op het eiland, zonder kom je nergens. Hou er rekening mee dat bij aankomst toeristen belasting betaald moet worden en bij vertrek stroom en water afgerekend wordt. Het eiland was duurder dan we verwacht hadden, boodschappen zijn véél duurder dan in NL. We hebben lekker gegeten bij Cuba. Als je daarheen gaat doe dan de groeten aan Joep en Ricardo Mug. We hebben de fout gemaakt om te gaan eten bij Karel. Hier zit je heerlijk boven het water en is een prima plek om wat te drinken maar sla het eten zeker over ($20 voor 5 kleine garnalen is geen maaltijd). We schrokken er van dat zoveel koraal dood was. Ook hadden we meer kleur van het koraal verwacht. Dit geeft je wel te denken dat je zuinig moet zijn met het milieu. De locals zijn erg vriendelijk en relaxed. Een dagje windsurfen is erg goed bevallen. Dit alleen al kan een reden zijn om naar Bonaire te komen. Al met al een fijne vakantie gehad. Ik raad het huis zeker aan. Wel van te voren even checken hoe het met de uitcheck tijden gaat.
