Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "St Vincent de Paul - Gordes" 500 m, sandy beach "Messanges / Vieux-Boucau" 40 km.

Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin. Heating. Wooden floors. Terrace partly roofed. Maison conforme aux photos. Un bémol sur l’absence de VMC dans la salle de bain et de ventilation dans les chambres. Pour l’extérieur, le manque d’intimité avec les locataires sur la propriété peut être dérangeant.
