Bathing place. Private: natural state property 800 m2, parking at the house. Shop 12 km, bus stop "Fiskland" 5.3 km, railway station "Audnedal" 43 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 84 km, lake Øre 3 km. Fishing possibilities 2 km.
"Vinterro", 6-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Upper floor: open small living room with sloping ceilings with satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 2 small double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Small balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Very beautiful view of the countryside.
