Abbazia 6 km from Ghisonaccia: Cosy single-family house "Svyntha", surrounded by trees and fields. In the hamlet Abbazia (500 m) 6 km from the centre of Ghisonaccia, 70 km from the centre of Porto Vecchio, outside the resort, 100 km from the centre of Bastia, on top of a hill, 7 km from the sea, 4 km from the river, in the countryside. Private: terraced garden, 2'000 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Plage de Quercioni, Calzarello" 7 km. Nearby attractions: Abatescu River (bathing possibility) 4 km. Please note: car recommended. The landlady tends beehives on the estate (in approx. 200 m distance to the house).
"Svyntha", 4-room house 95 m2. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, radio, CD-player and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Walk-through room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace, porch. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Das Ferienhaus Svyntha war wunderschön. Alles sehr sauber. Super Einrichtung, alles was man sich wünschen kann, von Waschmaschiene bis zum Waffeleisen:) Schöner Sitzplatz mit Tischen und Grill. Für uns war es perfekt. einfach perfekt

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, eine saubere und sehr ruhige Unterkunft in der Natur. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen sympathisch, wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war nur nicht so leicht zu finden, da es keine Hausnummern gibt.

Ein Ort der Ruhe

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Für 4 Wochen im September hatten wir, 3 Senioren, sehr viel Platz zum Ausruhen im Schatten, sowie zum Sonnen und Grillen auf einer großen Terrasse .Es gab eine Menge Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge in die Berge und Badefreuden am relativ nahen Strand. Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse umgeben von einer schönen grünen Landschaft.

Wunderbares Haus mit verschiedensten Schattenplätzen zum Relaxen. Blick ins Grüne. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an einen der vielen Strände oder zu schönen Badegumpen. Nicht weit zum Einkauf. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die sehr gut deutsch spricht, wohnt im Haus nebenan. Gut geeignet für Familien. Für Freundesgruppen weniger, da man sonst zum Bad immer ein Durchgangszimmer durchqueren muss.

Ferien mit Hund

Für Urlauber, die beides möchten (Wanderungen in den Bergen und Baden im Meer) und dafür bereit sind täglich das Auto zu benutzen, hat das Ferienhaus eine gute Lage. Das eingezäunte Grundstück ist hervorragend für Hunde geeignet.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhi...

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig ausserhalb von Abbazia. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe, sprechen Deutsch und haben uns mit Rat u. Tat zur Seite gestanden. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht und für Grillfreunde steht ein top Gasgrill zur Verfügung. Die Terasse ist sehr grosszügig in Sonn- und Schattenplätze sowie einem schönen Essplatz eingeteilt. Reisetipps: Ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt einige hundert Meter entfernt, lässt sich aber zu Fuß gut erreichen. Ghisonaccia ist etwa 10 und der Strand 15 Autominuten entfernt. Leider liegen die meisten Geschäfte und Restaurants an der stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße von Ghisonaccia. Als Geheimtip für Fischgerichte gilt das schwimmende Restaurant am Etang d'Urbino. (Schlechter Anfahrtsweg)

Sehr schönes Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung, Vermieter im Nachbarhaus, immer erreichbar, nie "aufdringlich" Reisetipps: Ausflüge zu nahegelegenen Flüssen mit tollen BademöglichkeitenRestaurants und Supermärkte in Nähe problemlos per Auto erreichbar.

Das Haus war toll und hatte al...

Das Haus war toll und hatte alles was man braucht. in der Küche alles vorhanden. Die Terasse/Gartensitzplatz ist sehr schön und gross obwohl wir ihn wegen des schlechten Wetters leider nicht wirklich haben nützen können. Die Lage ist eher suboptimal und doch recht weg vom Zentrum. Es ist nicht in Ghisonaccia sondern in einem kleinen Vorort. Bis nach Ghisonaccia/Strand 10–15 Min Autofahrt. Allerdings hat man seine Ruhe und ist absolut ungestört. Die Vermieter sind nett können sogar deutsch allerdings sehrkurz angebunden und haben nur das nötigste erzählt.
