Above Mandello del Lario, in the district of Rongio 2 km from the centre of Mandello, 13 km from the centre of Lecco, 45 km from the centre of Como, on a slope, 2.5 km from the lake, south-west facing position. Private: large garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2.5 km, café 1.2 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Mandello del Lario" 2.2 km, pebble beach 2.7 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 2.5 km, children's playground 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Museo Moto Guzzi, Chiesa di San Giorgio, Santuario Beata Vergine del Fiume. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Sentiero del Fiume, Cascata del Cenghen, Bivacco Baitello di Manavello. Please note: car recommended. Très bon accueil de Jian Lucca propriétaire d une belle demeure comfortable et excellemment bien située en haut du village de Mandello Del Lario au calme entourée de verdure et d arbres , et d une terrasse abritée avec une vue superbe sur le lac

Schönes Haus, toller Blick, große Terrasse
Das Haus, die Terrasse, das Wiesenstück, der Blick, das alles war toll! Allerdings ist die Innenausstattung sehr karg geraten. Wir hatten nicht so gutes Wetter und mussten die Mahlzeiten und manche Abende drinnen verbringen, das war nicht gemütlich. Das Schlafsofa, das in einer dunklen Ecke steht ,ist durchgesessen und alt. Das Bett/ die Matratze war für uns viel zu hart. Hellhörig, der Vermieter wohnt darunter. Die Küche sehr karg eingerichtet. Schönes Haus für schönes Wetter!

Wie beschrieben, sehr freundlich und sauber
Sehr gute Lage zwischen Bergwelt und dem See. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer. Absolute Privatsphäre, aber auch Kontakt mit Nachbarn unkompliziert möglich. Ein Dorfladen mit Bar 200m oberhalb, wo man Bäckerwaren vorbestellen kann. Kein WLan im Haus, kann aber auch von Vorteil sein ;-). Wanderweg in die Berge schnell zu erreichen, Straße zum See ist zu Fuß etwas zu weit, mit Fahrrad ok, aber steil (ca. 160m Höhenunterschied auf 1,5 km Länge). Kostenlos Parken am Bahnhof, dann 250 laufen zum See.

Lärmbelästigung
Die Geräusche aus der Wohnung des Vermieters (Fernseher, Gespräche) sind durch einen nur provisorisch abgedeckten, ehemaligen Treppenaufgang deutlich zu hören gewesen. Die Hanglage über der Stadt und eine größere Vogelvoliere in unmittelbarer Nähe führten zu einer weiteren Lärmbelästigung.
