In the hamlet Gittana 3.5 km from the centre of Varenna, 3 km from the centre of Perledo, 25 km from the centre of Lecco, 1.3 km from the lake. 3 km long narrow motor access. Public parking 50 m. Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 30 m, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Varenna" 3.5 km, grass beach "Bellano" 5 km. Marina 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 35 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Hiking paths: Sentiero del Viandante 200 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
