It’s quite a nice and spacious flat, a bit dated but it has all the essentials.

The place is about 15 min walk to the beach, we drove a few times and it was ok finding places to park near the seaside. It was annoying that I had to bring my own linen and towels, but since we came by car it wasn’t a big deal. Coming by plane one would have to pay a fee for them. The pool is more like a paddling pool for children but we didn’t use it. There is no air conditioning either but there are some trees around the house to keep some shade which was great as we were on the ground level flat. Overall is a decent place and quite convenient with the kids. The hosts are very helpful people as well.

Herstliche Auszeit

Gut gelegene, einfach aber funktonal eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Wir haben viele Aktivitäten zu Fuss gemacht und das Auto in der Garage gelassen. Diverse Sandstrände, das Zentrum von Le Lavandou, der Markt und Einkäufe, ja sogar ein Spaziergang nach Bormes les Mimosas ist ohne Fahrzeug direkt ab der Wohnung durchaus machbar. Ende September waren die Läden, Restaurants und Attraktionen auch noch offen.

Eenvoudig maar schoon en goed

Het huis bestaat uit 4 delen: 3 voor verhuur en een woning voor de huismeester en echtgenote. De inrichting van ons huisje Babette is weliswaar eenvoudig maar het is schoon en goed. Alles is te voet te bereiken en de auto kan lekker in de garage blijven. Wij komen volgend jaar weer daar terug!

Vue très belle. Intérieur du logement bien proportionné mais très rustique. Un peu de confort et se modernité ( vetilateur au moins, lave linge, lave vaisselle...) serait agréable. Il n'y a même pas à disposition 1 tapis de bain ,1 torchon, 2 sacs poubelles d'avanceet 2 rouleaux papier WC...

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausge...

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, bis auf die fehlenden Insektenschutzgitter an Türen u. Fenstern. Gerade im Hochsommer ist es dadurch kaum möglich, am frühen Morgen bzw. nachts ausreichend zu lüften, ohne Moskitos / Mücken in die Wohnung zu locken.Reisetipps: Im Ort gibt es ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u. Restaurants (fußläufig von der Wohnung).Der Ortsstrand ist sehr voll. "Einsamen" ist der Strand bis Fort Brégancon (..., allerdings gebührenpflichtiger P)

Gut eingerichtet – alle klassischen Dinge vorhanden. Deutlich besser als franz. Standard. Extrem sauber. Deutsch sprechendes Verwalterehepaar sehr zuvorkommend. Schöne Terrasse mit guter Aussicht auf das Meer. Lage top: 2min. ins Zentrum Reisetipps: Guter Ausgangspkt. für Erkundungen Richtung klass. Côte d'Azur; aber auch Richtung Calanque.
