Idyllisch gelegenes Rustico

Wunderschöne, ruhige Lage, die man sich auf einem schmalen Weg verdienen muss (20 Min von Malvaglia aus). Im Rustico ist alles nötige vorhanden, die Einrichtung etwas zusammengewürfelt. Verschiedene Küchenutensilien, insbesondere die Pfannen sollten dringend ersetzt werden, die Schublade mit den Kochlöffeln war etwas schmuddelig. Betten und Gartenausstattung bestens!

calme et rustique

la maison est bien installée, cependant, de la suie est tombée partout sur le sol durant l'orage car le vent était fort. le défaut est qu'il n'y a pas de machine à laver le linge.

Sehr ruhige Lage. Gut ausgesta...

Sehr ruhige Lage. Gut ausgestattet. Bedingt durch die Holzdecke sehr angenehmes Raumklima.Sehr nette und Hilfsbereite Nachbaren. Von Norden kommend sollte man die Zufahrt über die Via Torretta nur mit einem kleineren Wagen nehmen. Reisetipps: Der Wanderweg nach Malvaglia führt über eine sehr schöne Steinbrücke. An der Nordseite des Tals kann eine Wanderung nach Dagro und mit einer Karte über Ciavasch, Stausee und zurück gemacht werden, ansonsten den ausgeschilderten Weg nehmen, ca. 5km länger. Auf derSüdseite kann eine an Wasserfällen vorbei führende Rundwanderung über Muncréh und Zufahrtstrasse gemacht werden. Die Ausschilderung der Wanderwege ist sehr gut, die angezeigten Zeiten oft sportlich!

Haus zweckmäßig und sauber. Treppe ins obere Schlafzimmer wie in der Beschreibung etwas schwierig zu begehen, speziell abwärts. Gefehlt haben ein paar Sitzkissen für die Außenstühle, 2 vorhandene aufklappbare Liegen, von denen aber nur eine zu benutzen war, da die andere kaputt war. Umzäuntes kleines Grundstück (gut für Hunde) mit kleiner, unebener Rasenfläche.Umgebung schön, jedoch sehr abgelegen in einem Seitental, welches durch eine teils sehr schmale Straße zu erreichen war. Das nächste Restaurant war nur mit Auto durch das Tal oder zum nächsten Ort Malvaglia zu erreichen, daher haben wir auf Selbstverpflegung umstellen müssen. Schöne Wandermöglichkeiten und die Nähe zum Lago Maggiore haben uns gefallen.

Ein ängstlicher Autofahrer sol...

Ein ängstlicher Autofahrer sollte man nicht sein um das Ferienhaus zu erreichen. Sorgen um sein heilig Blech sollte nicht sein. Nett wäre auch gewesen der Rasen oder das Gras vor dem Haus wäre gemäht gewesen. Erforderlich ist es genug Lebensmittel vor Bezug des Hauses mitzubringen. Der obere Schlafraum sollte auch abgeteilt sein, würde auch kein Licht wegnehmen, ist ja eh dunkel. Reisetipps: Lago Maggiore
