Small, cosy timber house "Torfinnbu", 372 m a.s.l., built in 1970, renovated in 2021, surrounded by trees. 10 km from the centre of Kyrkjebygd, 45 km from the centre of Evje, 78 km from the centre of Mandal, in the district Eikerapen, 2.5 km from the lake, directly by the river, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 300 m2, parking at the house. Shop 10 km, bus stop "Eikerapen" 160 m, railway station "Snartemo" 43 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 84 km, sandy beach 2 km (small), bathing lake "Storevatnet" 2 km, lake Øre 2.5 km. Fishing possibilities 2 km.
"Torfinnbu", 4-room house 60 m2. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table, TV and DVD. Exit to the veranda. 1 small room with 1 x 1 bunk beds (75 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (120 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 1 double sofabed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer und von der Terrasse, ist der absolute Wahnsinn!! Oberhalb des Sees gelegen, mit freier Sicht auf eben diesen. Die Hütte ist sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Im nahen Umfeld, gibt es Minigolf, Wandermöglichkeiten und und und. Wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs, ob an Badestellen oder zum Angeln. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Renovierte Hütte mit Seeblick

Eine schöne renovierte, saubere Hütte mit neuer Küche und großem neuem Bad mit Fußbodenheizung. Einig Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen.Große Terrasse, herrlicher Blick auf den See und die Berge. Fluss direkt am Haus. Bei Regen kann das Wasser bis ans Haus gehen. Ehemaliges Hüttendorf, wo einige Hütten renoviert werden. Leider sehr viel Asphalt hinter dem Haus. Die Häuser stehen sehr dicht. Wintersportgebiet, Wanderwege sind die Loipen vom Winter. Kein Badeplatz in Eikerappen. Schöne Umgebung.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Gegend

Das Ferienhaus liegt abseits der Touristenströme und punktet mit viel Ruhe und Natur. Das Ferienhaus ist für 4 Personen großzügig bemessen. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig und vollständig. WLAN und Fernsehprogramme sucht man vergebens. Auf der Terrasse hat man einen phantastischen Ausblick zum See. Eine Ladestation für E-Autos ist 200m entfernt. Strom wird nach Verbrauch berechnet (elektrische Heizung u. Warmwasserbereitung!) Leiter waren die Bettdecken und die Kopfkissen benutzt u. fleckig

Gemütlicher Hüttenurlaub

Die Hütte ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Aussicht ist legendär. Mir tollem Schwedenofen, schöner Küche und sogar Waschmaschine/ Spülmaschine. Zwei Wochen sind vergangen wie im Flug. Tolle Lage für Ausflüge.

Es war alles perfekt, super Ausstattung und so einen tollen Ausblick. Man kann sehr gut wandern gehen und wer einfach mal Ruhe benötigt, ist hier genau richtig!
