Super Terrasse aber :

Beste Terrasse am Ort, super schön, aber: Möbel aus den 70 er Jahren, keine Innentür schließt ( knallt öfter bei Durchzug Verglasung gefährdet) wenig Steckdosen, Kein Internett, Dorfstr. führt direkt am Schlafzimmer vorbei und Hundegebell Nachts ohne Ende. Schlafen ab Mitternacht bis 6 Uhr morgens möglich oder Fenster schließen (ohne Klima dann 29 Grad) Netter Vermieter und tolle Gegend, insgesamt schon sehr schön insbesondere die Wahnsinns Terrasse und Nähe zum See. Super See Promenade, usw.

Urlaub am Comer See

Schöne große Wohnung mit dem schönsten Balkon und der besten Aussicht auf den See. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und als Willkommensgruß war eine Flasche Sekt im Kühlschrank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ältere Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse

Wohnung über einer Bank, alle Räume bis auf das Kinderzimmer zur recht lauten Straße raus, einzig das Kinderzimmer mit Zugang zu der großen Terrasse geht zur Seeseite. Terrasse sehr groß mit fantastischer Sicht, teilweise extrem windig (wir waren über Ostern). Gut funktionierende Heizung! Küche sehr klein. Die ganze Wohnung hat kaum Steckdosen. WLAN ist im Haus nicht vorhanden, man bekommt aber das Passwort vom Campingplatz, der direkt darunter ist. Mit viel Glück hat man auf der Terrasse Empfang! Alberto wohnt direkt nebenan und gibt einem den Schlüssel, er ist sehr nett! Die Möbel sind schon ziemlich alt, die Betten im Kinderzimmer durchglegen. Es gibt keine Zudecken, lediglich Bettlacken und etwas schmuddelige Wolldecken. Das Ehebett hat einen wattierten Bettüberwurf. Zum Glück hatten wir für die Hälfte der Familie Schlafsäcke mit dabei, sonst hätten wir ziemlich gefroren. Die beiden Pizzerien am Ort sind gut. Im Dorfladen gibt es alles zu kaufen und täglich frisches Brot (nur in der Früh!).

Uit grootmoeders tijd

Prima functioneel verblijf. De afwezigheid van een magnetron deed niets af aan het appartement. Alles was functioneel. Pluspunt was het ruime dakterras met uitzicht op het meer. Eigenaar zeer behulpzaam. Een 9 als cijfer.

Tolle Lage, Tolle Dachterrasse. Türen bei Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Kinderzimmer klemmen und haben Glaseinsatz. Matratzen vor allem im Kinderzimmer durch gelegen.

Super schöner Urlaub am Comer See

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt schönen Comersee! In dieser Wohnung ist einfach alles da, was man benötigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung ist schön geräumig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut- man ist sehr schnell am See, kann wandern gehen oder aber einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen auf der schönsten Terrasse am ganzen Comer See mit einer tollen Aussicht! Der Vermieter, der im gleichen Haus wohnt, ist sehr sehr nett( spricht nur italienisch)

Die Vermietung und Schlüsselübergabe ist unkompliziert und zuverlässig, ... immer freundlich, großzügig und hilfsbereit.Die Einrichtung ist etwas altbacken mit viel unnötigem altem Dekokram. Aber die Terrasse ist unschlagbar groß mit herrlicher Aussicht. Da wir uns fast nur draußen aufhalten, bewerten wir die Wohnung mit sehr gut!

Einzigartiger Panoramablick

Die Terrasse ist,wie versprochen ein absolutes Highlight. Auf dieser haben wir eigentlich auch unseren ganzen Urlaub, Anfang September verbracht. Auch die Nähe zum See traumhaft. Die Ferienwohnung müsste dringend mal renoviert und auf den neusten Stand gebracht werden. Nichts desto trotz haben wir den Aufenhalt mit dem sehr netten Vermieter sehr genossen.

oud en achterstallig onderhoud.

Pand heeft (veel) onderhoud nodig. zeer kleine keuken, zeer oud bed,kleine douche-cabine, weinig stroom-aansluitingen. Internet alleen via camping-netwerk, dus zwak en alleen buiten. In hoogseizoen veel te duur. Enige pluspunt is fantastisch groot terras met geweldig uitzicht. Eigenaar zeer vriendelijk, maar spreekt alleen Italiaans en is weinig thuis.

geweldig.

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Woning enigszins ouderwets ingericht, maar zeer ruim met een zeer groot terras met veel privacy en met een fantastisch uitzicht over een groot deel van het comomeer en de bergen rondom. Verder alles aanwezig in de woning, wat nodig was. Kleine supermarkt en bakkerij op 200 m afstand. en grotere supermarkt in Musso ( 2 km).
