Simple and rustic furnishings: open living/dining room with 1 sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, radio and gas heater. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, Gas stove) with wood-burning stove. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Wood heating. Solar power. Upper floor: open gallery with 2 beds (90 cm, length 210 cm), 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 210 cm). Terrace. Deck chairs (3). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher. Das Ferienhaus Girasole bietet Erholung pur. Sehr ruhig gelegen, traumhafte Aussicht. Der grosszügige Garten ist umzäunt, perfekt für Hunde. Die Zufahrt ist etwas steil und holprig, aber sie lohnt sich. Das Haus ist sehr einfach eingerichtet aber es hat alles was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Bleniotal.

Eigenlijk zijn wij een beetje egoistisch want voor ons is het beter als er niet teveel mensen dit huis reserveren, zodat er voor ons meer kans is.......! Het is gewoon een pracht plek. Men moet wel mobiel zijn, zowel om er te komen als om van de omgeving te genieten.

Naturnahes Rustico

Schöner Platz an ruhiger Lage, naturnah, super Ausblick und Abendsonne. Für Haustiere ideal, da das Gelände mit 200 m2 eingezäunt ist. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir benutzten die Holzfeuerung und genossen die wohlige Wärme.

perfekter Urlaub

Der Eigentümer/Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und mehr als notwendig hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Abrechnung zur Abreise haben super geklappt. Das Haus/Anwesen lässt keine Wünsche offen: ruhig, überaus sauber und für eine Berghütte sehr gut und gemütlich aus-/eingerichtet. Die Lage ist allererste Klasse. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. wir werden das Objekt mit Sicherheit wieder buchen.

Per chi ama trascorrere una va...

Per chi ama trascorrere una vacanza completamente immerso nella natura. La casa è il classico rustico riattato distante 150 metri dalla strada asfaltata. Il pavimento non perfettamente in bolla tradisce l'origine della casa. Comunque ben ammodernato.Manca la corrente a 220 volts in tuttala casa , ma c'è una presa 220 v. alla quale è attaccata la tv ( dalla quale si vedono solo programmi svizzeri). Il letto al 1à piano è un poco basso e duro. il divano in soggiorno è orientato a 90° rispetto alla Tv. Il resto tutto ok. La casa è molto ben soleggiata, il giardino è molto comodo e fruibile. Il camino e la stufa a legna completano l'atmosfera montana e di pace. Il gestore è cordiale e molto disponibile. Consigli di viaggion: Al rustico si arriva a piedi (o con 4x4) , la strada asfaltata dista 150 metri di percorso (per un tratto anche ripido) in mezzo al bosco. La stada asfaltata è comoda ma in certi casi un poco stretta. Leontica dista 3 Km. Il supermercato coop di Dongio dista poco meno di 20 minuti.

Eines der saubersten Häuser di...

Eines der saubersten Häuser die ich bis jetzt hatte ...wenn man sich erholen möchte und die Ruhe in den Bergen geniessen, kann ich dieses Haus nur empfehlen!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Reisetipps: Lago Maggiore, Vale Verzasca,....es ist einfach alles schön
