Beautiful "rustico" cottage "La tana del lupo", 1'050 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. Above Gera Lario, in the hamlet La Pianca 11 km from the centre of Gera Lario, 58 km from the centre of Lecco, 69 km from the centre of Como, in a secluded position on a slope, 11 km from the lake. Private: property 400 m2, terraced garden with trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. Hot tub. In the house: sauna, hamam. 12 km long narrow motor access (300 m via unmade road, mountain road). (7 steps). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 11 km, supermarket 16 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 10.5 km, railway station "Colico" 21 km, pebble beach "Acquaforte" 11.5 km, grass beach 11 km. Marina 11 km, golf course (18 hole) 36.4 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Monte Berlinghera.
2-room house 35 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: living/dining room with sloping ceilings with dining table, satellite TV and heating stove. Exit to the terrace. Open, with sloping ceilings, 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 french bed (140 cm). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Large terrace, patio. Barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and Lago di Mezzola. Facilities: hair dryer. Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors. Note: The wall between the bedroom and living room is open a gap to the ceiling. Pro: - Atemberaubender Ausblick - Ruhe - Wellness-Bereich - Einfacher und freundlicher Kontakt zum Host Neutral: - die letzten ~ 300 Meter der Anfahrt sollten nicht mit tiefliegenden Fahrzeugen gemacht werden. An sich aber mit Ruhe und Geduld einfach erreichbar. Contra: - Kein Backofen ( Ansonsten hat die Küche aber alles was man braucht)

Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit

Optimal um mal wieder den Akku für den Alltag zu laden. Einfach die Seele baumeln lassen. kleine Wanderungen direkt ab dem Haus möglich, kann auch gerne zur größeren Wanderung erweitert werden. Wunderschöner Ausblick. In der Nähe ein kleines Lokal, in dem man gerne als Gast aufgenommen wird.

Erholungsurlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub in einer ruhigen und traumhaften Lage. Die letzten 10 km bis zur Hütte sind abenteuerlich, aber dafür entschädigt die wunderschöne Aussicht und das Wellnessangebot mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

Erholung pur

Wir hatten eine super Woche im La tana del Lupo. Die Aussicht, die Ruhe und die Lage des Hauses sind einmalig. Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht. Allerdings möchten wir nochmal erwähnen, dass die letzten 900m zum Haus eine echte Herausforderung sind. Und definitiv nichts für Autos, die auch nur einen Hauch tiefer gelegt sind. Hier sind starke Nerven gefragt an die anderen 10km zuvor bergauf gewöhnt man sich.. die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war leider nur sehr schleppend, aber ok.

Perfekte Urlaubswoche

Eine sehr erholsame und wunderschöne Woche ging viel zu schnell vorüber. Das Häuschen ist ein Juwel und mit dem Whirlpool und Sauna fehlt es einem an nichts. Wer Ruhe sucht wird hier fündig. Wiederholung garantiert.

Sensationelle Aussicht und Ruhe

Wir hatten einen super gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Das schlechte Wetter haben wir genutzt um das SPA Angebot zu nutzen. Der Weg zur Hütte ist ein Erlebnis, aber gut zu machen. Ich kann die Hütte nur empfehlen.

Okay

Aufenthalt war im großen und ganzen super! Klasse Haus, super Aussicht, perfekt zum Relaxen. Leider funktionierte zwei ganze Tage das Dampfbad nicht. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter, müssten wir es akzeptieren da der Vermieter keine Zeit hatte sich darum zu kümmern. Das war ein wenig Schade und könnte etwas mehr kundenorientiert laufen. Ansonsten Top!

Magische Momente

Unser Aufenthalt in dem schnuckeligen Häuschen mit atemberaubender Naturkulisse und wunderbaren Sonnenauf- und -untergängen, die wunderschöne Farbspiele gezaubert haben, bleibt unvergesslich. Dario, der Vermieter, ist ein sympathischer Gastgeber, war stets erreichbar und hat uns mit den besten Tips für Wandertouren und Ausflugstips versorgt. Das Häuschen ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Wanderungen zum Monte Berlinghero und Sasso Canale. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! M. & P.

Die Anfahrt über 20 Spitzkehren und teils unbefestigten Weg ohne Absicherung am Rand ist nicht ohne. Mit Höhenangst kann es schon mal zu schwitzigen Händen kommen. Aber der Ausblick entschädigt direkt.

Die Anfahrt auf schmalen Straßen und rund 60 Haarnadelkurven lohnt sich. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in wunderschöner Natur für eine ruhige und entspannte Zeit.
