Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow. Outdoor shower. 50 m long bumpy motor access to the house. 3 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach 1.7 km. Please note: car recommended.
"Stazzu Mendola (POP200)", 4-room cottage 100 m2. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, CD-player and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the garden. 1 small room with 2 beds (80 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Terrace 50 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Ruim huis/Big house

It is a nice house. Lots of space. Nice and very clean. But: There is really nothing in the kitchen: no salt, no pepper, no dishwashing soap. Only one towel and one drying cloth. Kitchen is well equiped with cooking gear. A rental car is a necessity.

Pro: Grosses Haus mit einfacher aber praktischer Einrichtung. 2 km per Auto zum Strand. Umzäumtes Grundstück. Hervorragender Service von Interchalet. ( Cristine ). Contra: Zu nah an vielbefahrener Straße. Zu laut. Besitzer wohnt auf Grundstück und kontrolliert Mülltrennung mit Fotos von Fehleinwürfen.

Sauberes Häuschen auf großzügigem Grundstück. Bäder neuwertig. Morgens und abends ist der Straßenverkehr hörbar. Schöne Strände mit dem KFZ gut erreichbar.

Einfaches Haus, Tolle Lage

Eingezäuntes Grundstück,schön bepflanzt,sauber, netter Vermieter. Sanitäre Anlage sauber, aber die Duschkabine sollte dringend erneuert werden. Waschmaschine gehört auch dringend ersetzt. Die Lage ist prima , vor allem für Kiter. Gastronomien befinden sich in der Nähe. Fahrzeug notwendig.
