Ein fantastischer Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub am Gardasee verbracht. Das Haus war wirklich hervorragend. Auch wenn die Einrichtung und das Haus an sich ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel haben, empfanden wir es als gepflegt und sehr gut ins Schuss. Mit den zwei Kühlschränken war immer sicher gestellt, dass es kühle Getränke gab und mit dem kleinen Elektrogrill konnte man sich Abends toll einen frischen Fisch auf den Grill legen. Auf der Terrasse sitzend hatte man die Kinder am Pool im Blick und der große Garten bot genug Platz um WIkinger - Schach zu spielen. Alles in allem können wir das Haus für Familien nur empfehlen und wir haben für den Sommer 2024 auch direkt wieder gebucht.

Schöner Garten und Pool

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen, gehobenen Gegend. Es ist sehr ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm. Die Innenausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bunt zusammen gewürfelt. Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Haus und Inventar sauber. Hier und da waren Spinnweben. Schade ist, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Wir hatten im Mai schon etwas mit der Wärme in den Schlafzimmer zu kämpfen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur. Alles in allem ist das Haus zufriedenstellen

Casa incantevole proprio come dice il nome, una vacanza super, posto molto tranquillo, cucina accessoriata e piscina grande. Sicuramente una vacanza da rifare!!!

Udendørs fint, indendørs trænger det til opgradering, køkken og senge

Køkkenet er ikke stort, og der er udstyret er slidt. Sengene er hårde, og madrasserne er ikke komfortable. Nogle af sengene er meget korte til voksne.

Mooi zwembad en uitzicht, verouderde accommodatie

Het zwembad is groot en de tuin is zeer aangenaam vertoeven. Mooi uitzicht over het Gardameer. De binnenkant van het huis is dan weer minder. Het is er over het algemeen wat gedateerd. Kleine keuken met een klein ijskastje & diepvries. Dit is onvoldoende om voeding voor 6 personen te kunnen opbergen. Verder ook geen airco aanwezig wat de temperatuur binnen op 27-29 graden maakt.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in Soiano del Garda. Mooi huis op een ruime locatie met privé zwembad. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. En was ook hygiënisch en schoon.

Das Objekt ist 40 Jahre alt un...

Das Objekt ist 40 Jahre alt und nur oberflächlich renoviert. Das Grundstück mit Aussicht ist schön. Der Rasen besteht mehr aus Unkraut als aus Gras. Beim Pool hat die Reinigungsdüse auch nach Reparatur nicht funktioniert. Die Küche ist winzig, was das Kochen nicht gerade zu einem Erlebnis macht. Ablagemöglichkeiten sind darin sehr beschränkt. Das Bad ist sehr einfach. Der Spiegelschrank erkennbar billig. Es gibt keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Wenn man auf dem Zusatzklo sitzt kann man den Kopf in das Waschbecken halten. Die Betten sind nicht sehr bequem (Kreuzschmerzen) und außerdem nicht geräuschfrei. Die Türen knarren. Bei einem Wochenpreis von 1.702 € in der Nebensaison hätte ich wesentlich mehr Komfort erwartet. Das Preis–/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hiereinfach nicht. Interchalet sollte sich überlegen, ob sie so etwas in ihrem Programm behält.
