Home away from home
Pros: What a lovely welcome! Sonia greeted us at the apartment, showed us around and made sure we knew how everything worked. We even had a cheeky bottle of wine and some Sprite waiting for us, which was a lovely touch!
The apartment had everything we needed. The aircon was an absolute godsend and actually easy to use. I normally have problems figuring out the aircon everywhere I stay 😂
There was pretty much everything we needed for cooking, however, I would suggest a toaster would've been handy for a quick breakfast. We only had one little Wi-Fi dropout, which lasted no more than a morning, and Sonia was straight on it.
The area was great too, with loads of bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. You can easily head towards the livelier side of Benidorm if that's what you're after, or take a short walk over the hill, haha, to Cala de Finestrat.
We had a brilliant stay and would happily recommend it!
Cons: If I had to be picky, the only thing we would have liked was a toaster. We did quite a bit of our own cooking, and it would have been handy to have a quick slice of toast in the morning before heading out. But honestly, that’s all, just a small suggestion rather than a negative!
