Our property—AM HAFF 2—is a lovely holiday cottage situated on a fully fenced lot measuring 300 square meters.We offer you a relaxing getaway by the Szczecin Lagoon, which is just a few minutes’ walk away. And if the weather isn’t cooperating, you can head to the barrel sauna on the property and then enjoy a cosy evening in front of the pellet stove. The house itself features a beautiful ground-floor bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a living area with a sofa set and an open kitchen.The kitchenette features a refrigerator with a kl.TK section, an induction cooktop, a microwave with a grill function, a kettle, a toaster, and a filter coffee maker. In addition, all standard kitchen utensils are provided.The converted attic is accessible via a space-saving staircase and also has a Doppelbett.In. All living and sleeping areas are equipped with a Wi-Fi-enabled TV ist.Im. Free internet access is available throughout the entire house. Final cleaning and linens are included in the price.The only items to be paid for on-site, either in cash or via PayPal, are electricity based on consumption (€0.38/kWh)—though this is moderate since we have a solar panel system on the roof—as well as pellets for the wood-burning stove (€9 per partially used 15-kg bag), and, if you’re bringing a dog, €10 per dog per day.<br>In front of the house is a free Parkplatz.Im. There’s a small bakery in the corner store Style.In. In the immediate vicinity (Ueckermünde, 4 km away), all major supermarket chains are represented. Notably, the Lidl is also open on Sundays between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.For nearby activities, there’s a bike rental service in Ueckermünde that will deliver and pick up bikes upon request, a boat rental (no licence required), and various options for exploring the area by boat from the Ueckermünde city harbour. A variety of dining options invite you to enjoy a meal or even just grab a fish sandwich to go—everything is available in the area.Prices have gone up here as well, but compared to other holiday destinations, they’re still moderate.
