Holidays can be so beautiful!!

Beautiful holiday home, newly built in 2024, with approx. 94m², just a 5-minute walk from Timmendorf harbor and the beautiful beach.


3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, one with 2 single beds) offer enough space for up to 6 people.

The open living room, beautifully furnished in light colors, invites you to spend cozy hours. In front of it is the great terrace with garden furniture.

The living room and one bedroom have televisions. WLAN connection is available.

The open kitchen has all amenities including a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

There is a guest bathroom with shower on the ground floor, and a spacious bathroom with a great, walk-in shower on the upper floor.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for younger guests.

There is a parking space at the house.
No pets allowed!

Haus war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Leider waren die Möbel für den Preis der Ferienwohnung alle etwas wackelig aufgebaut, so dass z.B. der Hausmeister alle Schrauben an den Stühlen nachziehen musste. Filzgleiter unter den Stühlen wären hier von Vorteil. Leider fehlten uns in der Küche eine Teekanne, und ein zweiter Satz kleine Teller, damit man nicht ständig die Spülmaschine anmachen muss. Die Kopfkissen waren zu hoch, und fest so dass man sehr unbequem geschlafen hat. Das Doppelbett im kleinen Schlafzimmer war auf einer Seite durchgelegen. Weiterhin fehlten für 6 Personen Möglichkeit die Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen. Vielleicht wären fest installierte Haken für Handtuch-Heizkörper hier eine sinnvolle Investition. Es waren auch zu wenig Garderobenhaken für die Jacken von 6 Personen vorhanden, wovon einer bereits abgebrochen war. Zur Mülltrennung fehlt ein zweiter Mülleimer. Die Haustür ist auch sehr schwergängig zu schließen (sowohl zuziehen als auch das Schloss) Schlussendlich eine schöne Immobilie in der der letzte Schliff fehlt.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolle Ausstattung, super Lage! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. ..

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolle Ausstattung, super Lage! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die nächsten Punkte sind uns zur Verbesserung aufgefallen: In den zwei hinteren Schlafzimmern hätten wir uns einen Stuhl zur Ablage von Kleidung etc. gewünscht, wie im Elternschlafzimmer. Die Handtuchheizung im Bad oben funktionierte nicht. Die Terrassenstühle sind instabil unsere kleine Tochter ist damit nach vorne umgekippt. Es gab aktuell nur eine Mülltonne, wenn alle Häuser belegt sind wird das eng. Wir kommen gerne wieder, alles in allem ein super Urlaub!
