Our cosy, vintage-modern style holiday rental—newly built in 2024 and measuring approximately 60 square metres—is on the ground floor with a separate entrance and can accommodate 1–4 people. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, stove, oven, electric kettle, and coffee maker, has everything you could want. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen-living area, complete with a sleeper sofa, TV, and seating, rounds out the space. An open, light-filled studio apartment. I’m happy to provide a cot or high chair upon request. Let yourself be pampered by surroundings that offer both relaxation and adventure. The apartment’s terrace can be used for barbecuing. There’s a playground right across the street. Shopping options are available in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, bars, a wine bar, and the Ritterspielplatz playground are all within walking distance. The surrounding area offers many destinations and activities: hiking trails (Minnesängerweg), biking, a climbing park, swimming spots—natural outdoor pools, the Franconian Lake District; Brombachsee or Altmühlsee, as well as various recreational activities with a diverse music programme. Both lakes have a dog-friendly beach. If you’re looking for a city trip, don’t miss Dinkelsbühl, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, or Nuremberg. You can reach both lakes by bike through the Mönchswald... Payment is due on-site in cash or by bank transfer. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key box. Pets are allowed by arrangement. The fee is 5 EUR per night. A cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). A final cleaning fee of 20 EUR is due upon departure. If you handle the final cleaning yourself, the 20.00 EUR fee is waived. A small welcome gift awaits you. Bed linens, towels, free Wi-Fi, and parking are included in the price. Upon request, I offer sound massages and chakra cleansing; please call to schedule an appointment.
