This newly completed two-level apartment is located on the 1st floor and the top floor. The apartment is ideal for holidaymakers and not suitable for construction workers! It’s in a quiet location on a bike-friendly street, close to the city centre (a 5-minute walk to city centre, a 2-minute walk to the city park with various recreational activities). With 100 square metres of space, up to 4 people can comfortably enjoy their holiday and relax on the spacious south-facing balcony (10 square metres). The apartment features 2 bathrooms (1 bathtub, 2 showers, and 2 toilets when booked for 4 people). 2 bedrooms, parking space right outside the front door, bike storage, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster provided; high chair and travel cot available free of charge; supermarket within walking distance (approx. 2 minutes).
