Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, in fußläufiger Entfernung zu einer Bäckerei, einem Kaufhaus und dem Zentrum von Bernkastel-Kues. Die Größe des Hauses, die zwei Bäder, zwei Parkplätze und die Terrasse bieten einen echten Mehrwert.
