Comfortable, beautifully furnished 1-room apartment on the 2nd floor. Living/dining room with integrated fold-away bed. Covered balcony with view. Kitchenette, bathroom with shower. An elevator in the building makes access easy and in winter, you benefit from a parking space in a garage. In summer, you have access to an unreserved outdoor parking space. For active guests, a fitness room is available for public use in the holiday complex.
