Reibungslose online-Abwicklung, auch bzgl. Kurkarten; sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Umgang vor Ort Wir waren bereits mehrmals dort. Die bisher inkludierte Nutzung von Strand und Wellenbad gehörte zu den Highlights des Ferienparks. Wir verstehen das Kostenproblem, eine Info dazu vorab, insbesondere für Gäste, die bereits mehrmals vor Ort waren, hätte selbstverständlich sein sollen und hätte unsere Verärgerung dazu minimiert. Eine Trennung von Strand und Wellenbad wäre mit recht geringem Aufwand zu realisieren, anders als vom Bürgermeister behauptet. Ich befürchte, die Aktion könnte negative Konsequenzen für das Buchungsverhalten haben. Wir werden uns für das kommende Jahr anderweitig umschauen...
