Apartments 5 and 6 are duplexes spanning two floors on the upper level. Although the building does not have an lift, these charming apartments reward you with plenty of space and a cosy, comfortable atmosphere. From the balconies, you can enjoy a beautiful view and the fresh North Sea air.

Each apartment comes with its own parking space right next to the building—so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot. Cyclists can look forward to a lockable bike storage room and a charging station for e-bikes—perfect for anyone who wants to explore the surrounding area in an eco-friendly way.
