Our beautiful and modern holiday rental has a living area of approximately 35 m² and is therefore ideal for 2 people. It is located just an 8-minute walk from Lake Chiemsee in a quiet residential area.

The apartment features a small dining area with seating for four in the light-filled bay window and a kitchenette with a two-burner stove. In addition to the refrigerator, the kitchen is equipped with a toaster, a coffee maker, and a small espresso maker.
The bathroom, which features a shower, is stocked with towels and a hair dryer.
The bedroom is equipped with bedding and a spacious closet.
Guests may also use the garden, and the holiday rental includes a parking space. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and this is a non-smoking apartment.
Important: Due to mid-stay cleaning, check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. The boat landing for Fraueninsel and Herreninsel is a 10-minute walk away, and there is also a beautiful swimming spot nearby. The town has a small supermarket with a bakery, and there are several restaurants and cafes on site.
