Welcome to our spacious holiday apartment "Deichkieker am Seedeich"! With breathtaking sea views and just a short walk from the North Sea, this 105m² apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment spans two floors and features five rooms, including three comfortable bedrooms. Ideal for families or groups, it can accommodate up to seven people. Relax in one of the two stylish living areas – one with direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the view of the water. A pellet stove adds to the cozy atmosphere.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare delicious meals. Two dining tables invite you to enjoy dinner together and share stories of the day's adventures.

After an exciting day at the North Sea, the Finnish sauna offers pure relaxation. Enjoy peaceful moments and leave the everyday world behind.

The balcony is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue – perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors. The bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower, complemented by a separate guest toilet for added convenience.

Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available, and your four-legged friends are welcome! There's an underground parking space for your vehicle (maximum height 2.0m, accessible via car lift). A washing machine and dryer are located in the shared basement and can be used for a fee.

Lage und Blick fantastisch. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Wenn sie kleiner als 1,65 sind könnte es allerdings schwierig werden, das Badfenster zum Lüften zu öffnen. Für die Drehplatte und Fahrstuhl sollten Sie keine Angst haben, ihr Auto irgendwo dicht reinzufahren. Treppenkondition benötigen Sie auch dafür aber den Ausblick. Diesen übrigens aus beiden Stockwerken.

Tolle Wohnung, man sieht ihr das schon etwas ältere Baujahr kaum an, alles sehr gepflegt, super Ausblick. Man darf sich nicht davon täuschen lassen, dass unten eine Straße entlang führt. Die Straße, ja, man hört sie, das nur für alle, die das nicht auf dem Plan haben, aber es stellt nicht wirklich eine Beeinträchtigung dar. Für alle, die etwas Angst/Skrupel wegen der "interessanten" Park-Situation haben: unnötig !! Ich gehörte auch dazu. Klar, es ist umständlich, aber sehr easy zu machen. Auf die Drehscheibe, aussteigen, mit dem Knopf an der Wand die Scheibe um 90 Grad nach links drehen, bis der Wagen vorm Fahrstuhl steht. Diesen mit dem Schlüssel heranholen, einsteigen, reinfahren, Etage -1 wählen, 30 Sekunden warten, abwärts, rausfahren, Parkplatz wählen, fertig. Kann jede(r). Und nicht zuletzt: wer wie wir zunächst vergeblich den Lichtschalter fürs Obergeschoss sucht: der befindet sich oben am Handlauf zu Treppe, kleiner, weißer, runder Schalter. Haben die 4 Tage sehr genossen. Die Matratzen sind "hart", aber wir haben beide festgestellt: wir haben besser hier geschlafen als zu Hause. Was will man mehr? Hat viel Spaß gemacht. Agentur Port54 auch hervorragend.

Die Ferienunterkunft ist wirklich sehr sauber und schön am Deich gelegen. Die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung hervorragend. Trotzdem finde ich die Wohnung zu teuer, dafür gibt es es viel zu wenig Service. Das Handtuch Paket für 10€ enthält ein großes und kleines Tuch. Zu zweit muß man sich den Duschvorleger teilen. Ich hätte noch Sauna Tücher erwartet in diesem Handtuch Paket. Die Box Spring Betten fanden wir sehr unbequem. Die Wohnung ist sehr umständlich zu erreichen und für Personen mit Gehbehinderung nicht zu empfehlen. Man geht umständlich von der Tiefgarage hoch durch einen Hausaufgang zum nächsten Hausaufgang und dort bis nach ganz oben. Innerhalb von 7 Tagen immer noch keine Kaution zurück bekommen, trotzdem wir alles nach Vorschrift verlassen haben.
