Welcome to your perfect holiday home! This charming thatched-roof cottage, which has recently been lovingly renovated and partially refurbished, offers you and your family an unparalleled holiday experience on the North Sea. With a spacious 140 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room for up to six people to relax and unwind in a cosy atmosphere. Your four-legged friends (max. 1 dog allowed) are also warmly welcome here! Please keep them on the ground floor only.

The house is situated on a picturesque mound in a completely secluded location, surrounded by unspoiled nature and in close proximity to the Katinger Watt Nature Reserve. The region is a paradise for nature lovers, hikers, and cyclists who enjoy exploring the surroundings—whether heading towards charming Tönning or the famous beach at St. Peter-Ording.


Amenities and Comfort

The holiday home features four rooms, including three cosy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed (180x200) on the upper floor, one with an open loft and two single beds (90x200) on the upper floor, and one with two single beds (90x200) on the ground floor—ideal for children or friends. Two modern bathrooms provide all the necessary comfort: a shower room on the ground floor and a spacious full bathroom upstairs, perfect for a relaxing break after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could ask for. Whether you want to whip up a quick snack or prepare a feast for the family—with a dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, drip coffee maker, and much more, you’ll have everything you need at your disposal. The adjacent dining area with a panoramic window offers a fantastic view of nature and is perfect for leisurely meals and cosy evenings. A wood-burning stove is available for cooler days.
There’s also a washing machine for longer stays.


Entertainment & Modern Technology

The living room is equipped with state-of-the-art entertainment electronics, including a 40-inch TV, a Sonos hi-fi system, and a home theatre system, so that even rainy days on holiday are a pleasure. Thanks to fiber-optic internet, you’ll always stay connected while on holiday, and a desk gives you the option to work from home if needed.


Outdoor Area and Activities

The spacious outdoor area, featuring an outdoor sauna on a 3,900 m² lotleaves nothing to be desired. Two sun terraces, equipped with comfortable sun loungers and a traditional beach chair, invite you to sunbathe and relax. The expansive garden also offers space for activities such as table tennis or playing with the children. For dog owners, there’s plenty of space to let your four-legged friend run around.
