The Accommodation
The Kitchen:

Equipped with a minimalist kitchen island, a high-quality Bora induction cooktop, and a full range of appliances, it leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy cooking with knives and kitchen tools from Zwilling, as well as fine tableware and glassware from Villeroy & Boch and Schott Zwiesel.
The kitchen features a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an oven with a meat thermometer and self-cleaning function, as well as a Nespresso machine and a selection of teas. The high-quality ultra-matte surfaces lend the room an air of elegance, while the adjoining dining table is illuminated by an Occhio “Mito Sospeso”—a place where cooking and dining are equally enjoyable.
The living room:
The living room impresses with its spacious and bright design. From here, you have direct access to a 15-square-meter balcony, ideal for relaxing outdoors. A large 85-inch UHD TV invites you to enjoy cosy home-theater evenings on rainy days—Netflix is, of course, available!
A large and very comfortable Contur Casoli couch offers the perfect spot to unwind or read a good book. Carefully curated furniture, including several custom-made pieces, complements the stylish overall look. Plus, the dimmable indirect lighting creates a warm and cosy evening atmosphere. You’ll truly feel at home here!
For productive work hours, you’ll find a workspace with a spacious desk, equipped with a desk lamp featuring an inductive charging pad. The “Rollingframe” desk chair provides extra comfort, so you can both work and explore your interests here.
The bedroom:
With a comfortable queen-size bed, featuring a high-quality mattress and hotel-style linens, it promises restful nights. An UHD TV complements the room and offers the chance to enjoy cosy evenings watching TV here as well. A high-quality cabinet system provides ample storage space, while electric blinds allow you to completely darken the room when needed. The cosy and harmonious decor creates a welcoming atmosphere for the final hours of the day and ensures you can start the next one feeling refreshed.
The Bathroom:
The spacious bathroom impresses with its elegant and modern design. High-quality fixtures in matte black and white lend the room a stylish touch. Enjoy relaxing moments in the large bathtub or refresh yourself in the spacious shower. A bathroom mirror with indirect lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere and accentuates the room’s clean, minimalist look. The washer-dryer provides added convenience.
