For shared use: beautiful garden with plants and flowers. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 240 m, railway station "Sestri Levante" 3.5 km, pebble beach "Sestri Levante" 3.7 km. Nearby attractions: Chiavari 12 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.
3-room semi-detached house 65 m2, on the ground floor. Practical and cosy furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the patio. 2 double bedrooms, each room with fan. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the patio. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Large patio roofed, garden 300 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron.
